What do you love most about your job?
I love finding the best candidate for my clients. There are people out there looking for the perfect job and assisting those individuals with finding the best match for their current needs is something that I enjoy tremendously. Not only have I helped find the perfect job for the candidate but I have also filled in the need of my customer - fulfilling the needs of both.
Helping companies set up their HR part of the company is always something that I enjoy. I get to see small companies develop into larger companies as I provide them with HR Support when needed.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The inspiration came from a friend - she had had her own business for quite some time and I had assisted her on occasion. I took my lead from her and started to develop my own company, growing slowly and enjoying every minute of it.
