This place is a godsend! I was 4 months pregnant and on the prowl for a good prenatal yoga class when we moved into the neighborhood years ago. Very few yoga studios have ANY offerings for preggos/babymommas, so I was shocked and delighted to find a spot near us that caters exclusively to moms and young families. Two Hearts yoga has made a big difference for my self-care (and mental health!) as I've transitioned into motherhood. I have been able to continue my yoga practice through 2 pregnancies and postpartum periods. My daughters (now 3 years + 3 months old) join me for family yoga on Saturday mornings. The community aspect of the studio is wonderful. We love meeting other families -- and there's a ton of support from all angles. Inna Henry's weekly lactation support group stands out.Note: The yoga classes frequently start a bit late and run over on time. This can be a plus if you're like me and sometimes have a hard time getting out the door. But good to be aware of if you're on a tighter/less flexible schedule. More...

While I was pregnant, I worked out up until the birth of my son and Two Hearts Yoga was my go-to yoga studio. The owner, Georgina, was friendly and attentive during the classes making sure we were in proper position and alignment and offered modifications if you needed any. Classes felt intimate and we each get to share something at the beginning of every class so you get to meet and get to know other mommy-to-be's like yourself. It's the only yoga studio where their classes and services are geared towards pregnant woman and new/seasoned moms. They offer yoga, mat Pilates, mommy and me classes, and special workshops like infant CPR. They also have specialists like a chiropractor and massage therapist where you can set up appointments with them if you need some extra TLC. I saw Deanza for a prenatal massage and she was awesome! It was one of the only prenatal places you can lay on your belly due to special pillows, which was nice and different from other places. They are located upstairs of the shopping center. Plenty of free parking, which is always a plus. What's better than free parking is having In N Out in the same shopping center and grabbing a double double after your downward dog, you know what I'm saying... More...

Mommy and Me Yoga. MOMMY AND ME YOGA! What! Before I was pregnant and during pregnancy, I really loved my yoga practice.  After having my daughter, I found out about Two Hearts and realized I could have my cake and eat it, too.  Taking my wee girl to yoga has been the most amazing experience.  I get to share a sacred practice with my most sacred girl. At home, she will randomly pop into a down dog-then plank pose and into cobra.  Going to classes with me is teaching her life skills  about how to manage stress by breathing and moving and taking care of her physical, emotional, spiritual and mental bodies. I always buy the packages, and because I'm on a tight budget, I buy them when Georgina runs specials.  (Which is frequent enough to keep me in classes!) I had taken a few month break because of my daughters nap schedule changing and thought for sure I was hosed and had lost my credits.  Thankfully, Two Hearts isn't like most places where you lose credits in the time it takes to sneeze. (I think the credits last a full year!)I have nothing but gratitude for this small biz owned by a woman who's passionate about letting mamas and babies develop even deeper bonds while breathing and moving and exploring the world around them in the safest of environments.  Georgina, Erica, and Victoria are incredible yoga instructors and I couldn't imagine how tense my body and mind would be without this sanctuary. I started Two Hearts Yoga when I was 15 weeks pregnant and went every week until our baby was born at the 36 week mark. I found that this space allowed me to learn so much about my body within pregnancy and with 3 different teachers to learn from (Victoria - Kundalini Prenatal Yoga, Betty - Therapeutic Prenatal, and Georgina - Flow Prenatal), I found a good variety of movements and poses that helped me throughout my pregnancy. Space is clean, quiet, accessible and overall, a safe space to connect with other mamas. I met some really great mama friends here and enjoyed the smaller class setting (typically 2-5 people in class). Parking is easy, classes are always accommodating (if you come late a few minutes it is totally okay) and there is something comforting about being able to come to a place dedicated specifically to mamas. Two Hearts Yoga will be a memorable place for me when I think back about my pregnancy. Looking forward to bringing my baby here for the mommy and me classes in the upcoming weeks. More...

I really love this place. It's a great place to bring your baby or toddler. My one complaint is the door to from the yoga studio to the main lobby was broke when I went there. For most kids it didn't matter but if you have an explorer like my toddler, prepare to be stopping your practice to get them back into the studio. Over and over and over again. It was kinda annoying. I would return often if they would just fix the damn door.  Otherwise, it's a waste of time, for us anyway.  please fix the door as we'd love to return!!! More...

They are structured in such a way that there is bonding with other pregnant women and yoga exercises tailored just for what our bodies need. Especially if you are a beginner at yoga and pregnant, this is the place to be because you learn what is right for your body at this time in preparing for childbirth. If you are a more advanced yoga student, it will still be great because of the interactions and how it is specifically tailored so that you do not need to figure out on your own what is safe or not at this time.
