About

Cousins, Harold and Charlie, go by the philosophy that delicious food makes a great party.

Using traditional Spanish techniques, we cook up seafood, meat and vegan Paellas. Everything is cooked in one of our enormous Paella pans on the day and at the event.

We recommend our favourite The Signature Paella which we have done at most of our events so far! It always gets a great reception and visually it is a bit of a show piece as well as tasting delicious. The Signature - Tiger Prawns, Mussels, Squid, Chicken, Pork and Chorizo.

The cooking and talking to our guests. Cooking takes 2 hours start to finish and is a spectacle in itself. Rather than the cooking taking place tucked away only to be revealed when it’s time to eat we prefer to keep our guests entertained throughout the process. With our core ingredients on display we are happy to chat and talk about what we are doing as the smells, colours and flavours evolve from Sofrito to Paella.

We do this job because we love great food. The proof is in the pudding. Or in this case the paella. In honesty we would love it if you choose us by trying our food. Most of our bookings come from people who have tasted us at an event and want us at theres. Of course this is the best way to choose someone but chances are you havnt had our food yet.

Ultimatly the loverly thing about good food is that there is so much choice. We love eating all sorts of food but for a party or wedding paella really can't be beat. It is the perfect social food around which parties have been based for centuarys in spain. Paella done well is a real treat we cook in a stlye that is number one deliciouse but also a very wholesome and healthy dish.
