Excellent service from booking the bouncy castle through to collection on the day. Impressed by the professionalism of the staff and the cleanliness and quality of the castle we hired. At a time when inflatables have unfortunately had some very negative publicity, it is reassuring to see the emphasis that Sue and the team place on safety. I would highly recommend Twizz Kidz Inflatables. Sue is absolutely fabulous - friendly, fun, caring, reliable and professional as well as a genuinely lovely lady.

We've used Sues company for our sons parties a couple of times now and she has always delivered helping to make our special occasions just that. The equipment and venue is always immaculately presented - clean, safe and in as if it were new condition. It's very obvious that Sue and her team take great pride in what they do.

The last party we had (April 2017) was the Superheros package and it was fabulous! With the welcome addition of a visit by Batman from NWC Parties (with whom Sue works in partnership on this package) all of the children seemed to be very happy! And there was lots of fab feedback from the parents too.

My 3 year old had a princess themed party at Mynydd Isa earlier this year and Sue could not have been more helpful. All of the equipment was set up upon arrival and was spotlessly clean. We also paid extra for the princess visit who was excellent, engaged with all of the children (especially the party girl!!) and played games, danced etc. Sue arrived to tidy up and cleaned the equipment immediately but did not hurry us out and gave us time to collect out belongings. We recently booked the PJ Masks disco bouncy castle for my sons 4th birthday party. We couldn't of been happier with the service we recieved, the delivery was on time and the two gentleman that set everything up were extremely friendly and polite. I was lucky enough to win the party time soft play park in a recent Facebook competition! Communication from Sue was excellent and they arrived early to set up (even helping with setting out the chairs in the hall! ). The children aged 2-5 loved playing in the soft play park and come parents commented what a nice change it was from having a bouncy castle.
