Great food and even better staff! I had B with A Twist cater a birthday party for my husband at the MOB Museum in Las Vegas and they were on top of their game! Since I do not live in Las Vegas I really had to put my trust in the vendors.Anil was my contact and was super responsive to all of my email questions and gave me great recomendations for food.Food - AWESOME! The presentation was phenomenal!  All of my guests commented on how beautifully everything was set up. The quantity and quality were suberb, I couldn't have asked for any better.Staff - As I stated Anil was terrific but the staff at the event ..WOW! I am impressed. Professional, friendly and super helpful. I had a guest who decided to help themselves to the birthday boy's dessert before we even sang happy birthday, she brought it to my attention and then took the initiative to correct the situation...BRAVO! I had enough going on that I would have totally missed that and she saved the day (as far as dessert went :-) ).If I ever do another event in Las Vegas, B with A Twist will be my go to caterer.Thanks for making my husband's birthday party successful! ABSOLUTELY AMAZING.I'm responsible for coordinating different events for my office and meetings with important visitors, and I know that I can always trust B With a Twist to provide us with a sophisticated, elegant catering experience. I started using them at the end of January and have used the FOUR TIMES since... in the matter of a month. They're that great.In one situation, I even contacted Anil the evening before a meeting I needed catered- I needed a very specific vegetarian canapes menu the next day by 3pm- and he not only delivered, but exceeded my expectations. The execs of my company were so impressed that they said they want me to continue using B With a Twist for all future important events. I cannot say enough great things about this company, and judging from other reviews, neither can others! Superb food and fantastic to work with.  My guests were raving about how good the food was.  Beautifully presented.  Extremely generous portions with food left over after everyone had eaten.  Office staff Brittany, Julia and Anil were always accessible and prompt with replies.  Service staff Flavia and Keanu went above and beyond to assure that the guests were well taken care of.  They left my kitchen spotless.  Pricing is very fair for the quality of the food and the service.  Highly recommend! Danielle was great! We were dealing with a difficult situation and Danielle was able to provide the right options so that everything worked out. Our guests love the mac n cheese with mushrooms and figs. The macaroons were truly the best I have ever had. They did not have the cheese cups for the salad. I think this is becoming my companies "go-to" catering company lol. My co worker booked a private holiday party and had B With A Twist Catering come to their home for appetizers, mixers, etc. The food was good and the staff was so great! Then about one month later our company needed to host a conference with 20 ppl and we rented out their facility and of course had them serve the breakfast and lunch so we didnt have to worry about the food. The facility looks like its used more for weddings, birthday parties or cocktail hour but they totally transformed it to a business type conference for us! On top of that it was very affordable. I definitely recommend the Mexican Feast. It was so good that many of our staff got up to get seconds before others got any food so we ran out. I walked over across the way and asked if they can make just a few more enchiladas and they were more than willing to make more for us and were actually happy to hear that we ate it so quickly lol. We booked B with A Twist for our October wedding. All of our guests RAVED about the food: BEST.WEDDING.FOOD.EVER. The only bummer part was that I had specifically asked everything they brought to be gluten free (new husband has celiac) and the crackers they brought were definately not GF.
The food however, was awesome and Anil was SO patient with me and my multiple requests. The chef and the servers were fantastic - so friendly and professional. I would absolutely recommend B with A Twist, hands down, no qualms. Just bring your own GF crackers. More...

When planning a destination wedding, communication to your vendors is the key to make everything great and that is what Anil and his staff did, make the night perfect. I first was inform of the caterer through my venue the Mob Museum and from the day we did our tasting a year prior to the actual night, I've emailed with Anil the details and with all my last minute concerns and questions, they did a great job. Anil and his staff were so great to work with-I planned everything remotely and I was not familiar with the property where we held the event. Anil made great suggestions for the menu, the cake, the decor, the bar, and all within budget. I had to plan my mothers 90th birthday long distance from Washington State via email. My nephew's wife, who lives in Las Vegas, recommended B With A Twist Catering, and Anil Melnick. Anil was very responsive, had very good suggestions, costs were reasonable, and the service and food were outstanding. They were recommended to us by another Condo who used them for a prior event. After our last event, we were hoping that they were good and we weren't disappointed.
