We had such a great experience! We were in a bind because we had nowhere for our senior dog to stay over Christmas; he can be a bit of a curmudgeon and doesn't do too well around other dogs. I contacted Sami and she responded right away. We met with her to explain our dog's anxiety and she offered to have him stay in her home with a few other dogs. Sami understood and managed his "unique" personality beautifully. She uses an app to collect intake information and to send frequent updates (including photos), and we returned to meet our happy dog. This was the first time leaving my boy with anyone while I was away. Sami removed all worry by sending pictures and updates about Ole and taking the best care of him in my home while I was away. Ole was able to stay at home where he is comfortable and familiar and that was the most important thing for me. Sami has been walking my 2 hunting dogs at the same time and taking them to the dog park for several weeks now. I was reassured of her care and Love for animals after talking to her references and meeting her. She gladly emailed me a copy of her background check when I asked for it. My children are grown and my dogs are family and she gets that.Sami is flexible and easy to get a hold of by email, text and phone. I like her time to pet portal it's very user friendly.Since I have a knee injury I can't walk my dogs and working for a hospital my hours are constantly changing. Sami has been very accommodating. Sami was so great with Lucy! It was the first time we have left a pet with a professional dog sitter. I felt very comfortable and totally trusted Sami with her care. I loved the daily updates with pictures. Really put us at ease and we looked forward to them twice a day. Sami even helped with some minor things around home like putting the garbage out for collection, picking up amazon packages and mail that was delivered. I would highly recommend Sami. More...
