Having never done any classes before and just slogging away on my own on machines I was scared I'd never be able to keep up. .. fit in or last a single session at a bootcamp !!! Trav and the group made me feel so welcome and 7 months on I've never looked back. My shape has changed my whole attitude to exercise has changed and its all down to this group..wouldn't go anywhere else now new freinds and a whole new outlook for me and my fitness! The sessions are different all the time but always fun and challenging! Never a dull moment highly recommend this group! More...

3rd month in,weight dropping off slowly but I feel so much better in myself and so much energy. The best thing I ever did was signing up to boot camp, Trav is so supportive and very understanding, regular support updates on the FB page!

Done boot camp several times, its always fun and trav always pushes you so you challange yourself, the support is overwhelming and its never too late to start x can i just add that trav has gone out of his to adapt classes for me where he can given my visual impairment he is amazing !

So l know I have done the gym done order training groups but to be honest I can say trav is there for everyone who joins his classes if we need advice he gives it with out judgements and I can honestly say i have so much more energy and don't plan on finishing ! !! Trav is a brilliant trainer who is always there to offer his support and gets you back on track if you fall off! Joining bootcamp was a tough decision for me because when it comes to any form of excercise I hate it (and healthy eating) but I can say it was the best decision I made and I feel great for it. I have been with Trav' s Bootcamp since January weight coming off slowly like it's suppose to� I was a size 14/16 now am a size 12�and it's motivated me to keep going the gym aswell as the Bootcamp I have no intentions of stopping Bootcamp anytime soon I am in it for the long run I am so much fitter and I have more energy than ever and at 40 i am feeling great and I have met some lovely ladies who are now friends for life we all meet up every month for a catch up and a laugh GREAT BUNCH������

Trav is brilliant. He is very encouraging and will always help out if you are struggling with an exercise. I absolutely love boot camp and feel so much stronger and fitter for doing it. Can't recommend Trav, Bootcamp and PT sessions enough. Trav is very supportive and if you have a question gets backs to you quickly. Since joining Bootcamp 5 months ago I have lost 15 kgs. I've tried many things but Trav is the only person who has helped me lose any weight, I am fitter and have made some awesome friends. Can't thank him enough More...

I've done several rounds of Bootcamp classes now and am so pleased with the results! I've dropped two dress sizes since May and it's still coming off! I love the gruelling workout sessions and the support from Trav and all the other Bootcampers. Would thoroughly recommend this to anyone who likes to workout hard that wants to shed some pounds and inches. More...

Lazy, faddy eater and no energy or motivation. Then i was told about Trav at base body fitness and his bootcamp classes. Signed up and wow, wow, wow what a total lifestyle change in just 10 weeks. I look at food in a whole different light and also myself. I eat more and better than i ever have and i love the classes, so varied and challenging, all the ladies who go ate amazing, but must say Trav is brilliant, nothing is too much trouble or too silly to ask or admit too. He supports you 100% and enjoys seeing you succeed. I am a totally different person inside and out and cannot thank Trav enough. So the best thing i ever did and am in for the long haul. I absolutely love bootcamp! As a very overweight woman I was scared to come along to group but the group is fantastic. It’s welcoming, supportive and nonjudgemental. It’s some where I feel safe to better myself and do what I need to do with out being judged. Trav is fantastic full of advise and support when you need it. He motivates without being patronising. For me I’ve found something that offers me more than nutritional advice, more than an exercise class; it’s given me new friends who support me and encourage me, it’s something that has not only helped me physically but mentally By giving me strength to fight for myself and rebuild my confidence because I’m worth it! I was stuck in a rut on my diet, bored going the gym and then I joined Travs bootcamp classes and haven’t looked back since. Professional but very friendly classes that are great fun and full of variety and I’d definitely recommend TW Fitness regardless of your age or ability. I have PTs with Trav every week and I also do the monthly bootcamps, attending 3 classes a week. I love HIIT training as I believe this is what has led to my weight loss whilst increasing my fitness coupled with a healthy diet. I would recommend Trav and the bootcamp to anybody regardless of age/fitness levels. His health and nutritional knowledge is second to none, he can answer any query and I now track my Macros (calories etc.), that he has calculated for me, to give me that extra push.
