I was fortunate enough to have Tuyen do my hair and make up for the TV show yesterday and was so very pleased! It only took her an hour to do my hair AND make up! Tuyen is the sweetest and a very talented makeup artist/hairstylist. She's professional, passionate about her work, and truly care about making you look your best. She's great at communicating and preparing for your big day. She asked for a picture of me with and without makeup, current hairstyle and length, picture of my wedding gown, and any potential looks I wanted for my wedding day. Tuyen is AMAZING! Not only is she super sweet, she is wonderful at what she does. My wedding was on July 29, 2017, and she made me look AND feel beautiful! Tuyen did my hair and make up for my wedding day and I cannot be more amazed at how I looked that day!! Not only did she make me look beautiful, she absolutely made me FEEL beautiful!  She was so sweet and I can tell that she wanted everything to be perfect for my wedding day.  Side note: My husband ended up forming a pimple on his face days prior to our wedding and once Tuyen saw it on our wedding day, she covered that sucker up like it was never there ! I saw one of my friends on Facebook's wedding makeup and years later when I was getting married, I knew I called her and she gave me Tuyen's number.  I love her style because it brings out your own natural beauty.  I saw many before/afters of other makeup artists and the after makes them look completely different and sometimes ridiculous.  That was definitely not what I wanted.Tuyen is the absolute sweetest and easiest person to communicate with!  You definitely will not have issues there.  She is very organized and had me email her what I looked like without makeup, with makeup, my gown/hair pieces, and makeup/hair looks I wanted.  I loved that she did that as I've had my makeup done before with artists who just showed up and asked me what colors I wanted so I really felt as though she cared.  I also had about 9-10 girls that needed their makeup done and Tuyen brought 2 other makeup artists who were absolutely great as well.  They were all great and really professional.If you want to look absolutely stunning on your wedding day, Tuyen is your girl!!!PS.  I know she has also done celebs and worked on TV shows so she definitely is for real! I met Tuyen, at my eldest sister's wedding, she was the bridal party makeup artist. I loved my hair and makeup. And she's the sweetest! When it was my turn to get married, I hired her for my engagement and wedding. We also hired her the following year for my younger sister's wedding. Tuyen did my hair and make for my wedding day and it was nothing but PERFECT! I had shown her some looks and styles I was going for and she delivered and more.  She had done so many of my friends weddings and they looked absolutely beautiful on their day. I usually feel like only I can do my own makeup because others have made me look like not myself but Tuyen's touch is golden. She made me look so natural and myself but just extra beautiful. She is absolutely professional, punctual and very sweet. Talking to her while getting ready definitely eased my nerves because we just laughed and joked all morning. Tuyen was my hair and make up stylist for my wedding and I was the happiest bride that day! She created such a natural and beautiful look and i thought to myself " I am the most beautiful bride ever! " Mind you I'm always shy and never feel confident about how I look. Somehow Tuyen was able to bring out those features that I never thought I had and make them shine. She helped me feel so good about myself through her talented work! And that's what you want to feel on your big day! Tuyen was very patient and passionate in helping choosing 2 different hair styles for my wedding, the up-do for the traditional Vietnamese ceremony with ao dai, and half-up with braids and flowers for the reception. Love them both! Also importantly, she was punctual for both sessions. I never forget the way my husband looked at me on our wedding day. This might sound weird but my husband actually enjoyed taking out the hair pins that night as he thought he unraveled the secret behind the pretty hair style. I go to Tuyen for all my make up and hair needs.   You can tell that she has a passion for what she does.   She's a perfectionist so she'll try to get that perfect look at the beginning.   She's done make up and hair for years.  She always tried to make you look natural and flawless rather than the clown look.   She uses the best cosmetics too, not the typical MAC etc.Beyond that,  Tuyen is an overall friendly and bubbly person.   She truly loves making people happy and will make you laugh and smile while she is glamming you up.  Don't go to the other girls who got their education from YouTube videos.   Tuyen has been trained for this.  She's the best! Tuyen is the absolute best in the makeup and hair industry. She did my wedding hair and makeup, and several other friends. She made me feel beautiful and brought out the best while making me still look like me! I had 2 different looks for the ceremony and reception, and she made both look amazing. Her understanding of bringing out everyone's "beauty" is a gift. Her team was able to do makeup and hair in 2 separate locations for our group of 12 women, and everyone's makeup and hair was naturally stunning.
