One to one, face to face counselling (not telephone counselling) for Low Mood, Depression, Anxiety, Stress, Work related Stress, Grief, Trauma, Abuse and DID. I also work with clients who have relationship problems either past or present. I help clients with unhelpful thought patterns and unhealthy coping mechanisms.

I love watching clients grow and change during the counselling process. I enjoy being flexible in my work and learning about new therapeutic modalities. I am constantly expanding my knowledge of Psychotherapy.

I wanted to have flexible working hours to fit in with family and personal commitments.
It also helps to work with clients in and around their time schedules.

I have over 150 supervised client hours and have over 10 years experience of working with people with DID.
I am genuinely interested in helping people be the best they can be and to see them work through life long issues that have been holding them back.
I am use different types of therapy because each client is different and individual.
I have a light airy space for my therapeutic work and privacy & confidentiality is part of my work ethic.
Work in accordance to the BACP ethics and am fully insured.
