Continental Studios has worked with our school for quite a few decades. When I became the new yearbook adviser, the staff made my transition into the new role quite easy because they already knew so much about how our building functions. They were able to reach out to the right faculty members at Midwood and coordinate dates to take photographs in a timely fashion without my having to step in. When deadlines are near, they do everything in their capabilities to make sure it is met. So far, in working with Continental for the last four years their service has been excellent. They really go above and beyond to make sure they have our students' and faculty members' best interest in mind. More...

Yikes! Â We needed to get our son's yearbook photo taken before school started on August 31st. But finding out that Continental was on vacaction until the 29th, I thought, "Oh, no! This is going to be impossible!" Â But surprisingly, when I called Continental Studios the morning of the 29th, I got an appointment for the very next day! Â The photographer couldn't have been more jolly and really got the "best side" of our son! Â Checking out couldn't have been easier! Â I never felt pressured to buy the most expensive package and was shown a very reasonable group of photos that fit our budget. Â And, the photos are beautiful! Â Well done, Continental Studios! Total rip off as I order the photos since November and I still can't receive them as yet. For the price they charge it's ridiculous that people has to wait that long for their photos. If only I had known. Kmt

Continental Studios does fabulous work! Their photographers and staff are absolutely amazing. I am a senior advisor at a public high school in Harlem and we have been using Continental Studios for years and are very pleased with their work. Each student is set up with an individual appointment prior and the photographers give students the individualized attention and time to ensure beautiful portraits. I have been working with Continental Studios for nearly 10 years. Their photographers have a great rapport with the students and the faculty always compliments their professionalism. The studio quickly responds to emails and gives their undivided attention over the phone. The studio is quite accommodating when scheduling portrait sessions and special events. 7/22/16UPDATE: After Continental Studios reached out to me, they made sure to give me their 100% undivided attention to fixing the photos to the way I wanted it. I was unable to head over to their office but they were kind enough to discuss everything over email. Their replies were very speedy and their handy work was quick. They emailed me the final product and asked for my approval. I'm looking forward to the new photos that they will be sending!! I really appreciate their great customer service. 6/29/16I had gotten my graduation photos taken for my senior year at college about 2 months ago, and after 8 long weeks, it finally came. I didn't mind the wait. I had no problem with that. What I DIDN'T like was the photoshopping. I absolutely hated my pictures. Too much photoshopping was done. And I can't even begin with my eyes. They darkened it and it looks like I have a big bruise on my eyelids in ALL of my photos. If this is the outcome, I'd rather them not re-touch the photo!!! It's ridiculous. For $100+ worth of graduation photos.. I can say I was greatly disappointed! More...
