I attended a GO YOU workshop. When I arrived I didn’t really know what my focus was or what I wanted to get out of it. Christina is a very understanding and accepting person. She truly believes in you and makes you feel that with her behind you, you can achieve anything! She will support and guide you one hundred per cent with whatever goal you are trying to achieve or belief you are trying to change. I would highly recommend getting in touch with Christina. Attended a 'go you' workshop which was a taster session to get a feel for what coaching is like. Didn't know what to expect and didn't know what it was I wanted to achieve from it. But I was really surprised at how Christina was able to actually get us to all hone in on what was important to us personally and set a goal and think what it was that may have been holding us back previously and how we were from that day on going to achieve it. I came away enthused and confident and ready to put my energy into my goal and have already taken steps towards it. So highly recommend going to a workshop as you'll be so surprised as to how life changing it is. More...
