Been using Nikki and her team now for a year, her dog walking service is second to none always happy to book my Billy in, he loves his walks and gives me confidence to leave Billy while im at work,I couldn't reccomend Nikki enough thankyou

This is the 3rd time of taking my parti poodle, first and second time was lowly. Last week I took her in and when I collected her she was scalped, looks like a Chinese chicken with a head, I asked for her to be cut a little shorter but not scalped. The groomer said she was matted, that wasn't true, I brushed her every morning with a still brush one side and a soft brush the other side. She said I should have used a comb. Also took.her over vets last week for treatment and they would have said she was matted.since being home she isn't eating well and will not leave my side everytime I sit she jumps on my lap, which is very unusual . I questioned the groomer later that night by text asking if anything happend when she was there who replied daisy was playing after cut !!! And was probably tired as her coat was matted The groomer had her coat on ready to leave with Daisy on lead and didn't ask if I wanted to re-book, she was obviously in a hurry to leave. More...

Great experience with Turner and Pooch, I am a natural worrier and therefore don’t like leaving my dog with anyone. Nikki and Rebecca have been great and patient with me. I now have every confidence he is in the best care and know he is looked after like one of there own. T&P share pictures of my dog having the time of his life and also bring him home clean and worn out! It’s worth every penny. T&P have been very flexible are very responsive. We have been using Turner and Pooch for 5 years now and I am always very confident my dog will be looked after well. We use them on a weekly basis and get updates online with pictures with him playing with the other dogs. They check that every dog is suitable to go on the walks with your dog in case there is any biting that happens, which is very important to me. A really friendly and professional team that go out of their way to ensure my dog has the best time and is properly cared for. Daisy has been going to daycare twice a week for about 9 months now and absolutely loves it. Nikki is really professional and organised and Rebecca and Andy are both great with her, she adores them. Very accommodating for changes that may be required and really thoughtful by giving little presents for special occasions, such as Easter and birthdays. Have been sending my alaskan malamute to Nikki and her excellent crew since he was a pup (3 years). He attends 3-4 days a week and simply loves it. He eagerly awaits the arrival of the van and always greets his walker with a wagging tail and occasional howl of excitement 🐺. Owning a dog can be challenging in a working household, we consider T&P essential and checked them out ahead of committing to getting a dog. Very approachable and genuine people. Hugo always gets a birthday cake and mini-celebration on his birthday. The food delivery service is a real benefit, and advice based on their combined years of extensive dog experience costs nothing. We have been using Turner & Pooch for over 5 years both in Upminster & now in Shenfield and they have always provided an excellent service. They are friendly, reliable and go the extra mile. Mike is so kind and patient with our dogs, Nikki is super efficient and knows all your requirements and goes out of her way to help. We have our raw food supplied by them, our dog’s walked daily and now use them for holiday house/dog sitting - Becky left our house spotless and the dogs very happy. The work and progress they have made with saffie is outstanding . They are patient and understand each person and dogs needs differently . We found this amazing team when we were really struggling as first time dog owners. The training we had been shown previously hadn’t addressed the issues we were facing and walking had become a nightmare. Our Vizsla now enjoys off lead runs and socialisation with many different breeds, within a safe and structured environment, allowing us to concentrate on lead walks and training. I used this catsitter service for a few months. At first the catsitter was fine, I went away twice and had them feed my cat. However, on my 2nd holiday away upon returning I found that what I asked to be done was not done.I contacted Nikki of Turner & Pooch to complain that the catsitter did not do what was asked of her.Without any investigation or conversation with myself to find out what the issues was. Nikki, the owner dismissed me and told may that the catsitter did everything that was asked of me.As the owner of a business I thought it would be your utmost priority to find out what the customer was unhappy about.Nope, not Nikki, of Turner & Pooch obviously feels that the customer doesn't matter. I cancelled their services and asked for my keys.At this point Nikki became interested in why I was upset, for me this was far too late.Please be careful of this organisation, not sure if there staff are actually feeding our pets and emptying the litter trays on the days we asked.They certainly didn't on the days I requested. My car was distressed and upset.I.would not recommend this Turner & Pooch and would never trust them with my cat ever again. More...
