what an experience, I was very unsure at the start and even more unfit. I have learnt about what to eat how to train and how to get myself motivated. Pete is a great trainer and the sessions are tailored to individuals in the group. I had spent months telling myself "i will change it this week/month " but it wasnt happening, i was passed doing it on my own but a little sceptical about joining a group. I am 5 weeks in and not only am I considerably lighter I am physically and mentally stronger than ever. I am defiantly getting me some.more of this and suggest anyone wanting to make a change does the same More...

I started PT sessions in the summer of 2016. I wanted to increase my cardio but was hampered by some very old advice to avoid high impact sport. At 50 years old I had not run since school. Pete worked with me (body and mind) to overcome my doubts and strengthen my weak knee that was holding me back. Not only did he get me sprinting for the first time in 35 years, but on 1/1/17 I did my first 10k...ever! I would highly recommend him. He knows his stuff! More...

I've been training with Pete for almost a year now (in the group classes).I signed up when we moved to Hastings and haven't looked back. I have never stuck to a proper exercise regime before, but these classes have been so fun and so effective, it has been easy to stick with it. Pete knows his stuff, about nutrition as well as fitness, and I've learned a lot from him. Looking forward to continuing with him and the rest of the class this year. More...

I had my first PT session with Pete today - I'm one of the most unfittest, laziest people you could meet, so for me to actually move my butt and exercise is a miracle that Pete made happen! I really enjoyed today! The exercises were great fun and really worked. I can feel my muscles aching of course showing that I have worked them. One of the reasons I dislike the gym is that you feel self- conscious in front of everyone, but Pete is such a friendly guy I didn't feel shy or nervous doing the exercises in front of him.
