Turf Athletic Club

Joining the turf athletic club was one of the best decisions I have ever made.It was incredibly hard BUT I saw incredible results over such a short amount of time, became much more informed about health and fitness, and developed habits that I hope to keep moving forward. The classes offered were incredibly motivating, empowering, and effective - every class had variety which made work-outs fly by. I always left class feeling better than when I entered - tired and sweaty, but having challenged myself and survived! Prior to this challenge, I lacked discipline and self-control when it came to working out consistently and being conscious of my eating choices. I was so thankful to have beat the challenge - it was very hard work but very motivating to work towards a tangible goal. At the start of the challenge, I grew a lot through this experience and it has kickstarted my determination and equipped me for a more healthy and balanced lifestyle. I was constantly encouraged and supported by fellow Turf members, and the incredible coaches. I am so thankful for this place , and for the strength and endurance I’ve developed over just 6 short weeks. I have both seen and experienced a noticeable change in my body and lifestyle, that has increased my confidence amidst my insecurities significantly.
