After our first winter with two dogs and with the snow melting... we quickly realized how fast the poop piled up- even cleaning it up here and there through out the winter in between snow falls- we just couldn’t keep up! I want to give a big shout out to Melanie Rightmire Craig and Eric Craig at Turd Herders in Derry. Having 3 dogs and a cat traveling can be a project. Boarding our dogs is very expensive. Turd Herders will take care of your dogs in your own house. They come, feed them, play with them, send you pictures of them. To top it off they will vacuum your house and pick up all the waste in your yard. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs their pets watched! They also have a store front in downtown Derry! Turd Herders are the BEST! We had a wedding to go to but no one to watch our pet dog Apu. Melanie was AWESOME! She came out a few days before to go over what services they provide, meet us and our pet and go over any questions or concerns. The day of our wedding my husband wasn't feeling well and couldn't walk. Melanie was so caring and provided so much help. She came out twice that day. She not only helped our dog...she also went above and beyond helping my husband be comfortable and clear a pathway so he could move around the house better with his crutches! While we were away at the wedding not able to help him. Not to mention the awesome care she gave our buddy Apu! I can't recommend them MORE!!! You won't be disappointed!
