Friendly and very helpful! I contacted them for a quote for my mums car and they got back to me within an hour. Got the repairs booked in within a couple of days (was quite a big job), towed the car from her address and picked her up once it was ready to be collected. No hidden costs and no technical jargon. Brilliant service as usual today. Tune-rite have been doing MOT, service and repair work on my wide variety of cars over the last 12 years. Nothing is ever too much of a challenge, and communication is always first rate whether booking, collecting, or prior to paying. Roy is a great manager and has great customer service, and has a great team working for him, always going above and beyond what would be considered the norm. I took my car in on spec, early (745) Monday morning to see if they could do an MOT ASAP.
Well, what a surprise. "Yes" was the answer.
.no problem.
"Can we give you a lift home"...they dropped me into Wantage.
Getting my car back would be no problem...they would drop it off.
They finished early and even said they would pick me up.
Genuinely very surprising level of service. It can be mixed bag when it comes to car service and repairs...cost/quality/reliability comes to play. V good here.
I'll be taking my other (dying) car there when MOT is due, and for other odds and ends.
