TUF Fitness

Ok I have been meaning to leave this review ever since I started at TUF.I go to the fitness class or fat camp as I like to call it. the place is amazing Lisa know exactly how and when to push you and she will push you to your limit however please dont think these classes are for supreme athlete's as I can tell you from personal experience every shape and size is welcome ( I will be the fat guy at the back). and you will be very welcomed everyone is friendly and nice we all encourage each other. And best of all and I think most importantly we have FUN. I have been in and out of gym's for probably the last 20 years and I have never enjoyed myself like I do at a TUF Fitness class.its clean, tidy, it has showers, all classes are very well structured, its friendly and fun.
