Great company, great coffee. Highly recommended!
On opening at 08:30 we discovered our coffee machine was refusing to turn on.
I rang our area agent, "John " who after a discussion about the problem quickly rang me back to say it was under control and their engineer would be coming to fix it ASAP.
By 13:00 the engineer was inspecting our machine and by 14:00 we were serving perfect coffee to our customers.
Considering we are 70 miles from their base I would consider that very quick.
We are very pleased with all aspects of the service given by Tudor especially the attention given over the phone as the engineer arrived with the very parts needed to do the repair.

Very good coffee
I have used this company for over seven years - not once had a problem with the service received.
Service engineers very fast response, reasonably priced and knowledgeable - really try to help.
I've even been emailing the boss, Nick, late at night (ten pm ish) and got help with a machine problem - don't think you would expect to get that level of service elsewhere - when you are serving 600 customers in a day this is what really counts.
Oh, and the coffee isn't bad either! More...
