After years of being fobbed off and not listened to at my NHS GP I decided to try and get some answers elsewhere as I couldn’t carry on anymore with my symptoms. Without sounding too dramatic Gary has changed my life. First and foremost Gary listened to me and with his expertise and knowledge diagnosed a thyroid issue (along with a few other issues). I have been on the prescribed medication for just over 2 weeks and I cannot believe the difference in how I’m feeling. For the last 10 years or so I’d suffered with various vague symptoms, and after seeing numerous GP’s and consultants both within the NHS and private I’d got nowhere - I’d basically given up and figured I just had to live with it. Then I decided to visit Dr Tudor. In the appointment I had all the time I needed to go through my medical history in detail, talk about symptoms and all the tests I’d had, during which he listened intently while taking notes. Luckily I’d taken with me copies of previous blood tests I’d had in the past, which he read and then within a few minutes told me I was suffering from hypothyroidism, and that it was evident on blood tests from 6 years ago which at least 2 other doctors had seen but not commented on! He then took more time to explain the condition to me in detail, and prescribe me the appropriate medication and within a few weeks I started to feel a lot better, now 6 months later (he’s increased my dosage a couple of times to find the right level) I feel absolutely fine, all symptoms gone. It’s no exaggeration to say Dr Tudor has basically changed my life, in a 15 minute appointment he correctly diagnosed my problem that had baffled every doctor I’d seen in the last 10 years. He’s highly knowledgeable but also deeply caring about his patients, as someone else commented it’s more like talking to a good friend than a doctor. His staff are equally brilliant, and you will feel welcome from the moment you walk through the door. I’ve now moved all my family to his practice and we just wouldn’t see anyone else now. Outstanding, fantastic Private GP practice. Dr Gary listens, empathises and truly takes on board your issue. After 7 years of issues with my local GP to absolutely no avail I took it upon myself to research my pain (which resulted in me undergoing double complete jaw replacement surgery) I’d been left so low with an intense feeling as though my integrity was in question, even after two majors surgeries within 1 year I still felt I was a ‘nuisance’ by my local GP and making a fuss over nothing. They were actually rude to me. I met Dr Gary on recommendation and can honestly say nothing is too much trouble and it’s the best move I ever made.. I’m not local so after an initial face to face consultation I can now be assisted via telephone. Can’t recommend highly enough. I have my life back and no stress... For 10 years I've watched a close family member go back to see our NHS doctor time and time again. Every time blood was tested, results were always borderline and nothing was ever done or followed through. To sit back and watch a loved one get worse and worse over time, knowing something isn't right and just to be sent away with no help from our GP was soul destroying. It took a 15 minute consultation with Doctor Tudor to totally change our lives. He took the time to listen, review and understand what was going on. 2 months later and we have a diagnosis, a treatment plan and above all there is now more than just light at the end of the tunnel, we have massive improvement in quality of life. My only regret is the we hadn't have met Dr Tudor 10 years ago..... He is more than just our doctor, he is a friend and an inspiration. I have been a patient of Dr Tudors now for several months. Aside from his vast medical knowledge he actually listens and cares and genuinely wants to help unlike a lot of GPs who sadly read off a blood test result and deem you fine! I travel to see him and he is worth every mile of my journey. There is always a warm welcome from the lovely Jane at reception who also ensures your comfort as a priority. We have been visiting Dr Tudor since July, he is approachable, fantastic with children and very knowledgable. Our youngest daughter had been suffering for over 18 months with exhaustion, weight gain and depression, unfortunately she had undiagnosed thyroid issues, fast forward to November and we have our happy, energetic little girl back thanks to Dr Tudors expertise and having the correct tests carried out quickly and efficiently. Dr Tudor has treated members of our family aged 9-80 years and has been fantastic with each of us. We can’t recommend him enough, his treatment has been literally life changing for our little girl. Long time hay-fever sufferer visited the clinic for some advice on how to reduce my symptoms. Dr. Tudor was really helpful and offered me a Kenalog steroid injection after a lengthy consultation, which has dramatically helped my hay-fever. My daughter is full of smiles tonight after our appointment. We have been let down by our NHS consultant and within 5 mins of our appointment Dr Tudor had already proved he was well worth the visit. We feel like a weights been lifted. It was amazing to have the time to explain the history and to have a Dr to sit and listen. I cannot recommend him enough.
