So...turns out popping to letchworth street food tonight and visiting tuck in london was the best idea I've had ALL YEAR! Was at the Hitchin Street Food last night... oh my!!!!! I had a lam shawarma! The best I ever had!!!! It was cooked and seasonned to perfection! !! I missed eating a flavoured authentic lamb like this!! The wrap was fresh, the salad also and crunchy, the coriander and yoghurt sauce was perfect. I really enjoyed the cabbage and couscous salades on the side. It was mouth watering, fresh and flavoured! We will come back for another unravelling tongue experience! More...
