Reliable, high standard of work and friendly and honest service. I wouldn’t trust the review mentioning that payment was taken and work not completed as whenever I’ve used TS Gas in the past, they’ve only ever invoiced upon completion of work and we have used for small and medium jobs.

These guys are friendly, courteous and very professional. Lawrence did an excellent job replacing the old boiler with shiny new kit and took time to explain it all. He even went above and beyond to help fix the water pressure in another area of the house. The task was completed in a timely fashion as promised. Very well done. I would just like thank Harri from TS.GAS for the quickness of his being here after my phone call for "HELP" that he gave to us when our boiler stopped working 3 day ago before the snow came down. He was here within 25 minutes and had found our problem within 5 minutes and set about getting us our heating back on , and just before the snow hit us. In the last couple of months i had a brand new boiler and bathroom replacement done by Tom and his team. I'm over the moon with the quality of work and standard they have done. Tom was always on hand to guide me through the process and what means what, with recommendations on what i could do with the bathroom. He was very honest throughout the whole process as well. Harri, Matthew, Marvin, Nick were all very professional to work with. Had a new boiler and a new cloakroom fitted. Tom organised the work and advised on fittings and prices. The workman arrived on on time, was charming and hardworking, and finished the work inside the time estimated and left it clean and tidy. I had a query afterwards and Tom came out and sorted out my query and explained to me how it worked and emailed me to confirm.I would absolutely recommend this company and I will certainly go back to them the next time I need a job of this nature doing. Tom and his team done a truly magnificent job when they recently replaced my boiler within one of my rental properties. I have been in the maintenance game myself for 37 years, so I do know what I'm talking about. Their quoted price beat two other local guys' quotes and they ended up doing even more work than they quoted for at no extra cost. Back in 2012, I needed my old conventional boiler replaced, so I went online, searched, got various quotes, settled for 3 who came around, assessed & quoted. TSGas stood out, & was glad I went with them. They were punctual, did an amazing job in no time, very friendly, professional & respectful, tidy/cleaned up any mess & above all, at a very reasonable price. This year, I had a burst pipe in my bathroom underneath my wash basin including replacing parts to my toilet cistern / overflow system. I called on TSGas, who again, turned up on a short notice, & dealt with the job proficiently as always. I’ve now used them for 4 years, & wouldn’t dream of using any one else other than TSGas. When it was learned we had to have a new boiler, Tom responded immediately and came to quote very quickly. Tom's knowledge and guidance made the whole process a pleasure and once given the go ahead a date was put in the diary for the fitting. The job took 3 days including a service for bricking up a hole in the wall, from an old wall mounted boiler, plastering and boxing in pipes.A thoroughly professional service. Having had a Worcester boiler previously and being very pleased with it, I sought approved installers to replace the troublesome (yet reasonably new) Vaillant at my new home. Tom came round to assess the work required and provide a quote. He had a very friendly, professional manner, explaining clearly what did and didn't need to be done and I instantly took to him. He produced the quote promptly and came in as the most competitively priced against two others. Marvin, one of Tom's team, arrived a couple of weeks later to replace the boiler (which included removing water tanks replacing and re-routing piping). Marvin was also very professional and I couldn't be more delighted with the work. All the pipework was very neat and he worked very tidily. Poor brickwork left by the installer of the previous boiler was replaced very smartly and he also fixed another couple of unrelated issues with no quibbles. Although TS was not the cheapest of the 5 they convinced me that they were the best and only quoted for items that were necessary and would improve my system.
