Hi my name is Thomas from trustform building services I am the director and owner of the company I have a total of 6 employees that work for me I have been working in the industry for 20 odd years my latest one is resin bound and resin bonded driveways and patios I also do block paving tarmacing concreting decorative stone patios slabs alls artificial lawns also decking landscaping also pressure washing all repair work etc I also carry a 10 year public liability insurance we also do drop kerbs for pavements

They took our money and disappeared without finishing the job.
We hired Thomas to extend our patio, put in a raised border and put in a spike for a washing line.
He extended the patio but moved our compost bin across the garden for no reason and dug a huge hole in the middle of the garden for the spike saying he needed equipment that was ‘currently being fixed’ and would then complete the job.
We’ve been left with a hole in the garden, huge mounds of turf I had to lift into my car and pay to dispose of at our location tip and a compost bin in the middle of the lawn. The compost bin then broke while we were trying to move it back and I had to buy a new one and transfer the contents into it (which was disgusting!)
Thomas took my calls for the first two weeks saying he’d check when the equipment would be fixed and ‘call me straight back’ but then wouldn’t. I’m pretty sure he’s blocked my number now as it goes straight to voicemail.
Don’t use this ‘company’ for anything unless you enjoy men spitting, swearing and chain smoking in your garden. Leaving jobs unfinished and finding cigarette filters and cans in your new raised beds!

Driveway Installation
At first Thomas was polite and was happy to talk us through the estimate he had given us. We were happy with the quote and decided to go with the company. The concrete base was laid but not totally level and was told this was due to the way ground and original path was running on a slope. When the resin was laid I noticed a dip in the driveway, again told this was due to the the slope in the path. After paying I started to notice that the resin wasn't laid totally flat and and lines are obvious to see. On many occasions I have tried to resolve this issue to no success with promises being made but no sign of returning. Again on many occasions I have requested an itemised bill, receipt and guarantee paperwork that trustform state they offer in their profile to no avail. Very disappointed after paying a large sum of money to receive this sort of customer service. More...
