What kind of accounting services do you provide?
We provide advise to start ups on how to go about registering their companies at Companies House and at HMRC for VAT and personal/corporate tax returns up to statutory accounts and tax planning for individuals as well as corporate structures.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have been a corporate accountant and systems analyst for various large and small companies. In addition my with I have a small residential property investment company and initially I started doing the statutory accounts for our company and filed the necessary tax returns. In 2008 a friend approached me for help with registering his online business with HMRC for tax returns and VAT reporting. I enjoyed the process of helping my friend with his accounting requirements and he was so happy that he introduced his mother who was running an Off Licence for many years. From then on many others have approached me by word of mouth recommendations and it reached a point that I have to now set this up this side of the business on a formal basis.
