What’s your signature dish?
I offer a variety of flavors and have created specialty flavors for clients such as Shock Top beer, tiramisu, and matcha green tea latte.
What do you love most about your job?
I love creating a personalized design for my clients and enjoy when I get to see their reactions.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I began baking at a very young age and when my children were young I made their birthday cakes. As the years went on their friends began to ask for a cake from Mrs. Hassman, then parents and friends began to ask as well. As my children were growing and moving out I needed to find something to do with all my time. In 2014 Truly Scrumptious Cakes was born and now I still get to be a part of life celebrations.
