Had the most amazing evening with Chef Paul O' Loughlin. The food was outstanding, amazing service, and Paul created a very relaxed atmosphere. Nothing was impossible. What an exceptional experience! We celebrated my parents 40th wedding anniversary with a surprise trip to Ireland. While staying at a private residence, Collette and Mike presented a truly magical evening. Their attention to every detail was beyond our expectations. They created a personalized menu to accommodate taste preferences, complete with wine pairings, and even provided options for the children. My sisters and I contacted Mike for our private home in Ireland to celebrate my parent's 30th anniversary and my fathers birthday.
Collette, my email point of contact, was so helpful and flexible with our ever changing list. The process itself was seamless. Chef Mike was not only an amazing Chef, but also made the night! He cooked us a classic Irish dinner based off of local ingredients! Talk about Farm to Table!
We had some food allergies in the group which the team handled with ease.
We highly recommend this team and will definitely be using them again!

I recently used Chefhire for a private dinner at an airbnb. Collette and Mike were exceptional!! They were professional, friendly and made the whole process enjoyable and easy.
My parents and their friends were blown away by the delicious food and amazing hosting. Collette even was able to suggest another venue to have a private whiskey tasting on site, she even contacted him when I had difficulty getting in touch with him.
I can not recommend ChefHire enough, if I am ever in Ireland I will be using their services again! Thank you again!!

We used chefhire services to host a thanksgiving dinner for 11 people in November. The whole experience was fantastic. Chef Mike came out and prepared an incredible meal for us at Rincolisky Castle. The cured salmon and citrus prawns were exquisite. The smoked lamb was so tender and flavorful. Mike and Collette, thank you so much for everything you did to make our wedding on September 8th a special one. We were over the moon with everything!
From the friendly and efficient staff to the gourmet food served to each guest, it was perfect.
Myself and Rory planned our wedding from Vancouver and finding a caterer that was willing to create our dream menu was challenging. The food was one of the most important things for us on the day and we couldn't find anybody who was willing to cook what we wanted. Luckily, a friend recommended Collette and Mike and in no time at all, they confirmed they could cook our menu. The canapes and main meal were delicious and there was plenty for everyone. Not only did the food taste amazing, the presentation was so beautiful and the service was top class. My family have had several inquiries in the last two weeks about Chefhire and we have been so happy to pass your details on- people have been raving about the food you served! I really appreciated Rory's family being allowed to make the cakes for the dessert also and the berry sorbet was a fantastic partner for them.
I'd like to give a special thank you for all the help given the day before in setting up our dining area. Collette made everything so much less stressful and even on the day, when the drinks reception was moved indoors with about ten minutes notice, she never acted like we caused any hassle (so sorry again!) and made sure all guests were looked after at all times.
Overall, Chefhire is an incredible business that brought so much happiness to my day. I cannot recommend them enough and will definitely be using them for future occasions. Thanks again to the entire team- ye were a huge part of the best day of our lives.
