True Pilates is a friendly and welcoming studio with small class size and personal training. Stephanie is highly qualified, caring, consistent and positive trainer and I cannot speak highly enough of her. She makes every class challenging and fun! I have gained core strength and functional ability from training with Stephanie, and now I try activities that I wouldn't have felt safe trying when I was younger. I see the benefits of my training with Stephanie in my life every day! More...

Since moving away from Guelph seven years ago, I’ve been searching to find a Pilates instructor just like Stephanie. She is incredibly knowledgeable, excellent at customizing exercises to meet individual needs/training, challenges you in all the right ways and is loads of fun. Honestly, if so could have taken her in my suitcase I would have. If you ever have an opportunity to try out True Fitness &Pilates, seize it. You won’t be disappointed. I really enjoyed classes with Stephanie. Each work out is different from the last, challenging but can be modified for differernt levels. Her studio is bright, spotless, fresh and she has many matts, weighted balls, pillows, bands, etc. to keep each workout different.
The location is a quick and easy drive from Guelph in a peaceful country setting .
