Tyler was very Professional. He was so easy to work with. Communications were prompt through text email and phone . The price was very reasonable. He arrived early and was set-up before the reception actually started . Props were clean, good quality, not flimsy. He allowed us to add some of our own props too. Great quality photo strips. They were not blurry and were not overexposed . He created the footer at the bottom of strip exactly how we wanted it! The photo book Tyler gave us was very nice too. They were the hit of the party! Our guests loved the props and the custom photo slip they got to take home. Tyler and his team were extremely professional, organized, and on time. The guest book was a great addition! Not only did we receive a print out of all our guests photo to keep, they were able to sign their names and leave a message. True Color is great! I hired them for an Event at VCU and the company definitely exceeded my expectations. Tyler, the owner, was very understanding of VCU processes and was willing to learn. He was extremely responsive via email and wasn't afraid to reach out with questions! His prices are affordable for the quality of the photo booth! I love being able to access them online after the event.

It was so great to work with TrueColor Photo Booth and Tyler on our VCU Alumni Grad Bash to celebrate the class of 2018. Tyler was on time and set everything up very quickly! He brought the perfect background and props. I saw guests walking out with stacks of photos which was great! I also love being able to have the digital images to be able to share with the staff and students that were at the event.
