First time trying this truck and won't be the last. Had the pulled pork sandwich on tostones and it was surprisingly good. Holy cow!!!!!! (Or should I say chicken) while perusing the lithopolis honey fest as we do every year we came upon the typical lane of fair style food HOWEVER this truck was tucked right in between and I was intrigued by the menu. They were so sweet and took the time to tell me all about what to expect from the items listed. Well it just so happens I was craving chicken and waffles all morning and that was the first thing on the menu. The chef explained to me that the chicken was smoked with a 17 (hope I remembered this right) spice blend with apple and peach wood. It was flash fried for a nice crispy skin and had a Sriracha honey sauce on top.....if that doesn't entice you nothing will. It was even more delicious than the description!!!!! Yes!!! Simply amazing. I have had so much food truck food being a vendor at farm markets all summer and this is a unique take on many favorites. We had trucking delicious during the USA Days festival... twice � it was awesome good quality food and you don't feel guilty about eating it! Whatever the secret rub for the fries is was so good! Checked this truck out when I was at the outlet mall with family this weekend and everything was simply amazing! The jerk chicken sandwich was great and my niece LOVED her chicken and waffles. I had the pulled pork with the plantain buns and the granny's ugly bar. The pulled pork was phenomenal, and the plantain buns were a perfect compliment to the pork. They didn't take away from the pork flavor, rather they added an interesting flavor that I feel as though i cannot describe adequately through words. The granny's ugly bar was sweet with combined peanut butter, chocolate, and caramel flavors. This was one of the best food truck meals I've ever had, and one of the most creative. 10/10. More...

I have tried Trucking Delicious several times! I spotted the sweet plantains on the menu first, and got incredibly excited.
The rest of the menu is just as unique and does not disappoint. I have never left hungry or unsatisfied. If you don't know what to get, Navin is incredibly friendly, & can help you out.
The garden wrap (with or without chicken) is perfect if you want something light, but filling. The fireballs are a tasty snack with a kick! Granny's Ugly Bar is the best of all desserts (seriously, the only thing that could make it better would be if it were topped with vanilla ice cream). My absolute favorite, above and beyond everything else on the menu, (and that's saying something) is the Pulled Pork Double Unders- absolutely mouth watering. I highly recommend trying it on the green plantain buns. It may seem a bit different, but it is totally worth trying! If you see Trucking Delicious near you, make sure you stop by! You won't be sorry!

Wow!!Just never had chicken this good ANYWHERE else. Huge smoked, drumsticks deliciously seasoned, flash fried to crispy perfection and served up on a fresh warm Belgian waffle. Yummmmm!

Just had this while visiting the Grain and Grape tasting room, and this was one of the best food truck meals I’ve had. We got the chicken and waffles. Sometimes with chicken and waffles, it’s either all about the waffle or all about the chicken. In this case, it was all about the chicken. The drumsticks were perfectly crisp on the outside, juicy on the inside. The waffle was pretty good but the chicken was outstanding. The sriracha sauce had the perfect amount of spice. The Grain and Grape has a nice breakfast stout on tap that went well with everything. In addition to the quality of the meal, the chef was super friendly and price very reasonable. Only words to describe this food. Trucking delicious! The chicken and waffles were amazing. HUGE, crispy chicken drums in a perfect spice and sauce on top of a fresh made Belgium waffle. So many food trucks in central ohio but this one stands alone as THE most satisfying, filling, DELICIOUS one of them all. Ridiculous how good the food was that's pushed out of there and the owner's are extremely kind . 10/10 all across the board from sandwhich, to loaded fries , corn casserole, and the desert somehow got better with every bite. Wonderful food and people! I can't say enough positive things about Trucking Delicious. I hired them for my husband's surprise birthday party and they were incredible to work with. So easygoing but professional. Our guests were so impressed by the food quality and menu variety too. They were also able to hook up to our electricity as to avoid the loud generator for guests. My company had Trucking Delicious out for our "Food Truck Wednesday." Hands down, some of the best food truck food you'll ever have! Selections aren't your typical heavy, fried, greasy food truck fare. Very fresh, very unique (try the chicken and waffles) can't say enough! We plan on having them back again, to serve breakfast.
