Troo Designs - Kitchens Baths Interiors

We embarked on a fairly extensive remodel of our home and were completely overwhelmed. Fortunately for us, our general contractor recommended we work with Troo Designs for all of the cabinetry. Patrice from Troo Designs helped us throughout the entire process, which included layout, design, and even shopping for fixtures and hardware. They kept in constant contact with us and stopped by the job site regularly, which really helped put us at ease. Without going into all of the sorted details our general contractor really let us down. This is when Troo Designs really stepped up. They offered advice on how to proceed on our own, recommended some excellent subcontractors, and even stepped in to help us complete our remodel when we weren’t available to be home to meet some of the installers. My husband and I purchased a new condo build. Patrice from Troo Designs designed our kitchen and bathrooms, which are absolutely stunning. The finishes are very high end and very aesthetically-pleasing. Shortly after the purchase, our new fridge malfunctioned causing water damage to kitchen cabinets. We have our Dream Kitchen thanks to Designer Patrice Rios! We LOVE LOVE LOVE our new kitchen . . . it is so much fun to entertain in, cook in and live in. Patrice is an amazing designer, particularly with, but not limited to kitchens. She has many talents including a fabulous sense of style, design, uniqueness and is able to bring everything together beautifully!

Patrice was the designer for our total kitchen remodel starting with gutting a small 1976 galley kitchen, moving the kitchen for a lake view, removing walls, vaulting the ceiling, adding a large island and opening it up to the living room complete with adding a new walk-in pantry, new closet and floor. Patrice helped us with EVERYTHING . . . the design, blending of textures, the selection of cabinets, paint, granite, hardware, sink, back splash and grout, range hood design, lighting, island design, appliances and many other design elements. She gives me great confidence in my ideas and selections so I am not second quessing myself. She has an extensive team of resources to refer us to for cabinet makers, installers, granite, contractors, lighting, installers, appliances, carpet, furniture etc. Patrice offered many innovative ideas that made our kitchen unique, matched our lifestyle and blended with the style of our home. In fact, we have received many compliments "that our new kitchen looks like it has always been there!" Goal accomplished!

We have continued to use Patrice for coordinating color schemes, landscape design, redesigning our fireplace wall and front entrance.

She did tremendous awesome job on main room fireplace and bath room design.
We had been worked with lot of contractor and vendor throughout our build process. There are trend that we noticed is most people commitment to project is get less when is they got more payment. Her commitment to her client is excellent and persistent throughout the project. She is always being there for us from start till finish. We just move in and have house warming party when we still not done unpacking or have any new furniture. Our home was messes an hours before party and food serving table not done. We met Patrice at her store front on a Saturday morning. Right from the start it was comfortable to talk to her. From there we had a meeting at our home so she could see our space. While she was at our home, we talked about all the things we disliked about the current space. She really heard us and came back with designs that were bug on.

Patrice is the ultimate professional and learned beyond her years.She has a vision and a wonderful way to communicate. She is available when needed, and was with us to pick out tiles and faucets and via email for lights and door handles, not to mention answering the million questions we had.

We are thrilled with our bathroom and all guests to our home get the tour! We even purchased new bedroom furniture to because I didn't want our guests to go through an older bedroom to see our spectacular bathroom. Just calling it a bathroom doesn't do it justice!

Patrice and Manuel (owner) were respectful of our budget and worked with us to make sure we stayed within it.

When issues arose (as they always do) i felt both Patrice and Manuel dealt with them the way they needed to. I never felt slighted or wronged with them.

Our contractor had worked with Patrice Rios of Troo Designs before and we talked with her and decided she would be a great choice for our bath remodel. She and her associates did a wonderful total remodel of our master bathroom (pictures on this website) and also an upstairs full bath. She added wonderful touches to the master bath that we would never have thought of. Everything she selected, from the floor tile to the lighting was perfect. She listened to us when we told her what we wanted in the bath and came up with a great color palette from which to work. She had options that we could choose from, but not too many as to be overwhelming. We're totally thrilled with our bathrooms and the master is not only very attractive, but also functional as well.
