I have found this company while searching on the web looking for a Kitchen remodeling contractor. TRL construction is simply the most you can expect from a contractor in any aspect. We have 2 kids and had no kitchen due to a severe water damage. The project manager Nave was there from A to Z taking care of every little detail and got us a new kitchen in less than 3 weeks (including structural work, the insurance company projected at lease 3 month from start to finish). We hired TRL for a kitchen remodel and were thrilled with the service and finished product. Res had great ideas for the best materials, style and finish that would suit our space. The team promptly got to work- and apart from a delay with the kitchen counters (not their fault)- we worked on a decent schedule. The team were very aware of the upheaval of the project and worked to contain the mess and inconvenience. The final touches could have been completed more promptly, there were a few niggles with the quality of the paintwork but Res actually came over and finished them himself which reflected his professional conduct throughout the project. I selected TRL to remodel the master bathroom in a recently purchased home based on a strong recommendation from another satisfied client. I’m glad I listened, because TRL was wonderful to work with! They turned an outdated, cramped bathroom into an oasis that is beautiful, functional, and wheelchair accessible. The project included the removal of all of the plumbing fixtures, interior wall separating the tub/toilet area from the sink area, tile and sheetrock, and light fixtures. While maintaining the footprint of the bathroom, we were able to maximize space by installing a glass enclosed wet room that included a jetted tub and large shower with bench. TRL also painted all of the interior spaces of the house, refinished the hardwood floors, and widened several doorways. It’s a completely new space and we are thrilled with the results. TRL Construction did an amazing job with our Master Bath remodel. We expanded our footprint, taking down walls, moving fixtures around, and changing the location of the window. Nave is incredibly easy to work with, extremely responsive, and very clear and straight-forward regarding expectations. We are new homeowners and now thanks to TRL Construction proud homeowners! We recently bought our first house and while being excited we were also sceptikal about it's style and out dated layout. We called and met several contractors before meeting with TRL and I'm glad we did. We luckily found them on a referral list on a Facebook group after a long and draining search. Looking at their book of work I was sure they will save the day and find a way to make this work. We did an open concept renovation which expanded the layout of the dining/living area, feels like a completely different house. Our hardwood floors were repaired as needed and polished, rich cabinetry finishes, and interior paint to the whole house.

After hours of research and meeting with several contractors, I hired TRL to turn my existing home into my dream home. The renovation project impacted almost 80% of the square footage of the house—kitchen, laundry room, living room, den, office, hallway, master bedroom (including the closet), and master bath. From the ceiling to the flooring, all surfaces were replaced or refinished. In addition, several walls were removed to create an open plan between the kitchen and living room, to enlarge the master suite, and to provide a new powder room. The finished product is beautiful and everything that I envisioned for the project. However, what made the experience even better was the ease and pleasure of working with Eli and his team. We hired TRL to complete a major renovation to our 1980's Roswell home - including Master Bath, Kitchen renovation with structural walls removed, hardwoods patched and refinished throughout downstairs and 2 staircases, and paint throughout main floor.

We worked with Nave, and had a great experience. Once we started, things moved very quickly. Nave was in contact and on-site pretty much every day to insure work was progressing and finished to his standards. They took care of many small details to insure the end product was of good quality. Nave and Eli had good advice on design and material selection. Nave was patient with my questions and changes that we made through the process. moved to my new towhhouse here in norcross Ga and needed some renovations done since my pad was outdated , Eli and nave showed up one morning , very prompt and proffesional and were very confident they could get the job done , I renovated my kitchen and my downstairs bathroom , going from this old style I had to the new modern style they suggested me , it is remarkable what renovation can do to your home , I feel so much better , now everyday i walk in trough the front door , amazing job!

I recently engaged TRL Construction & Design for a remodeling project of my 1958 ranch in Sandy Springs. The project consisted of creating an open concept main living area and creation of a master suite including built-ins and a master bath. The project included major electrical, plumbing and HVAC work. All of TRL subcontractors were skilled and profession.

I could not be more happy with the finished product. Eli was in daily contact with me to discuss what was happening with the project and to discuss design ideas. He was very instrumental in helping me in selecting everything from counter top materials, tile, flooring and cabinetry. We bought a 1960s ranch in Atlanta and our plans were to just redo the main living area. We interviewed several contractors and noticed they were extremely hard to get in contact with. When you are giving someone large amounts of money, contact is important. I met TRL construction by driving by a house they just completed on my way to work. I notice early that they were very easy to work with.
We picked TRL to do our house renovation because their prices were right in the middle, plus they gave us a detailed description of the scope and work to be completed.
We quickly learned that delays in renovations are expected, however TRL kept us in the loop during the process. We were able to make design decisions before and during the renovations with ease. TRL offered many design suggestions that proved to be very valuable in the end.
At the very end, the renovation was absolutely amazing and very attractive. We are still amazed at the house we have. Also, TRL is still working closely with us after completion to ensure all the minor issues of the house are addressed. You can trust this company to manage the project and your money wisely. More...

For 60 years, there has been a washer and dryer doubling as extra counter space in the kitchen, and the main bathroom was 60sf of 1950’s glory, with original black and white tiles, and the humble enamel tub and shower curtain…. imagine how the bridge ladies rolled their eyes at this mess….

So, Eliad and Nave of TRL, demo’ed the old bathroom and adjacent bedroom down to the studs, and built it back up to a bright & breezy bathroom, laundry and closet. New windows and ceiling fans added light and air… and wide crown molding and baseboards finished the details.

This project was completed to the level of a flawless new home, with floor to ceiling tile for the walk in shower, glass doors, all new plumbing, electric all around, and resurfaced hardwood floors.

We look forward to enjoying their cheerful work again this Fall, for extra bedrooms, sunroom, deck out back. Their obvious intelligence, good cheer, and attention to details prove it will be easy to turn this next huge project over to them in the Fall. I was very skeptical and scared to start a project like this but they made every part of the process very easy for us. Since our first meeting, Eli understood exactly what we had in mind and worked hard to make sure everything met our high quality standards and stayed within our budget. Well I must thank TRL for working on my house with very professional manner and excellent work done on my house.
