Triumph did a full roof replacement on my home. I worked with a lot of people at Triumph, all of whom were cordial, courteous, and professional. Contacted Chris Wander regarding several items: Repair gate on wooden fence, repair hail damage on roof, and installation of gutters around the whole house. I'll first go over my experience with Chris Wander, and then go over my experience with all 3 jobs I contacted him for.My overall experience with Chris Wander was positive, although I deduct a few points because he was very unavailable (sometimes weeks at a time). I understand he had reasons (busy, etc). But when doing business with a company for this many tasks, I like quicker turnaround times. It was frustrating at times not hearing from him. My only recommendation for him would be to stay more in touch with customers, and if he's too busy or absent, to have other sales associates at Triumph step in to help out and contact me. I don't mind working with multiple people if it makes things more productive and efficient.Fence Gate Repair:Wood planks were loose and gate felt like it would come apart before too long. Work was done as requested, however there were cracked boards that were not replaced. I brought up the issue to Chris Wander and he assured me they would send a guy back to fix it. This never happened. So for this job, I am somewhat disappointed but they fixed the majority of the issues. Small detail items like this getting missed make me feel like they just want to move on to the next job and get more money, but have no interest in building customer relationships by exceeding expectations.Roofing Replacement (Hail Damage):Roof was aged (13 years) and due for complete replacement also due to hail damage. Chris Wander was very helpful planning for this and getting things set up. Repair was completed in a day. An old satellite dish on the roof was removed, but the workers left holes that they did not fix. The city inspector failed the inspection because of this. I notified Chris and they had them come out to fix the problem a week or so later. Overall I am satisfied with the work they did.Gutter installation on whole house:Since they were already doing the roofing, I wanted gutters installed around the whole house. Again, I contacted Chris Wander for this. As with the other projects, he was helpful and had a third party contractor come in to do the work. Brad's crew did an amazing job on the fence gate that we needed built and adding new insulation to our attic. The guys sent to do the work were very friendly and respectful. The price was right in the range expected for this type of service (I got other quotes first). I need a concrete slab in our backyard for our hot tub and I am looking forward to hiring these guys again!! I will be referring my friends and family to use Triumph as well. More...

Triumph Roofing was great! I needed a new roof after the hail storm last April. Alan Wuebbles, my project manager, helped explain the whole insurance process to me and really made it easy to understand. They came out and met my insurance adjuster and got a lot more covered than I could have hoped for. They were able to get me a new garage door, my fence stained and repaired, and even my siding repaired and painted on top of a new roof. Triumph was fast, professional, and did a great job. Triumph Roofing did a fine job on replacing our roof following hail damage. Unfortunately one of our solar tubes got damaged during the process. Triumph Roofing is awesome!

They had a representative come out as i saw a few shingle "tabs" torn off and he inspected our roof, for free.

I had a bit of hail damage but mostly wind damage.

He suggested I contact my insurer as the roof was quite old (15 years surprisingly), was never replaced, and had quite a few areas of concern.

Triumph met our insurer and they both got on the roof to take a look and sure enough, the insurer agreed that it needed to be replaced and covered everything that was brought to his attention; roof, gutters, window screens, etc.

Triumph's roofing specialist, as well as everyone else who assisted at Triumph, was very informative, easy to reach, and kept me up to date through the entire process.

The roof replacement took about a day. The crew arrived early, moved our patio furniture out of the way, placed down tarps, and got to work.

Afterwards they put everything back and picked up all of the materials and arrant nails and trash.

I took a look around the house and to my surprise could hardly tell they were even there! They did a great job cleaning up!

I must say the entire process was painless and the end results are amazing!

We are very glad to have had Triumph out given some of the horror stories we've been told by friends.

Triumph Roofing is BBB rated (I only deal with BBB businesses), certified Owens Corning installers (which gives a greater shingle warranty due to them being certified), and have a number of other credible certifications and affiliations.

My wife and I had just purchased our first home in flower mound and needed some minor work done on our chimney. David came out and gave us an honest estimate of how much it would cost to secure the chimney. While he was out he also gave us estimates on side gutters as well. I was extremely happy with how honest David was with the chimney construction. We ended up getting the chimney secured and side gutters for a fair price. Though the work that was done was great, I cannot state how happy I was with triumphs customer service. Both David and Brad provided me with fast response time and even followed up a month after to see if I was still happy with the results.
