I've made lifelong friends, ran several races, competed in an Ironman triathlon, signed up for an Everest mountain trek, lost weight and found physical and mental strength through Triple Threat Endurance. The coaches and athletes are supportive and make working out fun. There's a variety of classes and times. I even joined Triple Threat's Ironman registered triathlon team. My favorite workout is Coach Beth's super brick class. Super brick combines biking and running into a single class session. It's a great workout and prepares athletes for the transition from a triathlon bike to run leg. More...

Q&As

Personalized training plans and nutrition counseling.

Consistency is the key. It takes 21 days to create a habit, so staying consistent with nutrition and training is vital. According to the American Society of Training and Development you're 65% more likely to achieve your goal is you are accountable to someone and 95% more successful if you have an appointment with that person.

Working side by side with a client to help them achieve their goals. Going through the highs and plateaus and seeing them at the finish line is such a great experience.

I love working with people and found that having my own business allows me to spend more time working with people to achieve there desired outcome and less time moving through red tape.

Dreams have come and gone, but the one constant through my life was that first and foremost I am an athlete. Whether it be on the basketball court, the soccer field, the ice arena, or the open road of triathlon, I have always loved performing and training.

Because of this passion I can sit down with anyone and have an open and frank conversation about athletics, goals, successes and failures. I have an insight into what helps people be successful and how to help them achieve their goals. I’ve been on both sides of the success and failure fulcrum. I know what it’s like to not achieve goals and to come back from that stronger and more determined.

My passion for fun is how I attract and maintain clients. I work with clients who want to improve their lives through physical fitness. Making the decision to start is just the first step. Once that decision is made, it easy to start a program. Energy and enthusiasm are at their peak in the beginning phase. Keeping things interesting is why my clients stay with me through the tough middle phase of training to make it to the end phase of their goals.
