What an amazing guy and support Kurt is. I’ve been training with Kurt now since April and it’s been the best 9 months of my life. I’ve had the toughest couple of years on a journey which I never thought I could see an end to and kurt has been with me to help, guide me and support me. After a year of being with the Eating disorder clinic, on Wednesday I got discharged and I honestly believe that Kurt has helped me get to that point. I’ve always been so obsessed with food, obsessed with hitting Marcos to the exact gram. Obsessed with going to the gym, obsessed with weighing myself, not being able to go to family meals or going out with friends because I was so controlled I had no balance in my life at all. I was going to the gym bored, exhausted and going just because I HAD to get it done. When I was honest and opened up about it at the beginning of the year to Kurt, he wanted to help and my god he has. He’s supported me, even been like my counsellor at times (sorry mate). He continually guides me to a healthier happier life concentrating on my own strength and ability. I know have that balance, I love going to the gym and I can go out and enjoy myself with my family and friends. I get so excited for my sessions with him, it’s a laugh a minute and he continually pushes me to become stronger. I’ve had a lot of PTs in the past but I’ve felt like they haven’t really got me. Kurt always listens and tailors things to suit me and make sure I’m happy. I can’t recommend this guy enough. His results he achieves for people aren’t just noticeable in the fact that people look like a totally different person (weight loss results are insane) but he’s made me feel mentally a healthier happy person and I now enjoy my fun filled gym sessions! I’ve been training with Kurt almost 6 months now and I can honestly say it’s one of the best things I’ve ever done. I was always a bit weary of getting a PT, thinking I wouldn’t be able to keep up and make myself look foolish. My experience has been far from it... I look forward to my sessions and have enjoyed seeing my body change and feeling myself getting fitter. Kurt has an amazing personality and put me at ease straight away and we always manage to have a laugh whilst he’s killing me in my circuit class lol. More than the practical side of things, the support I have received is more than I could have ever imagined. I wish I could give Kurt more than 5☆. Kurt has been my PT since May 2017 and I have loved every minute. His passion for his job is obvious to anyone. He pushes and challenges you each week. He is always on hand via WhatsApp 24/7 - Offering support, advice and sharing is extensive knowledge. I have achieved great results and I have changed my diet and fitness regime through Kurt's help. Kurt also organises day trips outside of the gym: half Marathons, Snowdonia and born survivor to name a few. He is not only my PT but now a good friend to me. His spin class is not for the faint hearted and his 'carnage' class will push you to your limits. Although he is tough and his workouts are challenging that's exactly what I want in a PT. What inspired you to start your own business?
I hated going to work, I dreaded Monday mornings and by Friday I was drained. Now I walk into the gym and I have to pinch myself that this is my real job :-)
