Just completed the 6 week boot camp . Amazing results ! Great friendly helpful staff/ trainers . So motivated to your goals / targets . Seen big changes every week .After having a slipped disc 16 mts previous was nervous of going back to a gym and square one with my pain , but the core training classes has really helped with my back pain /sciatica . 6 weeks ago I took up the offer to loose 21lb or 8% body fat, I had never took part in a class before and to my surprise I loved every minute of it, can't thank Rob, James and Shannon enough for making every class enjoyable ( but hard?), the nutrition plan they give you and all their experience makes it possible for you to complete. I am proud to say I lost 19lb and 9.1% body fat and now feel a lot fitter and healthier than I did 6 weeks ago, anyone thinking of taking up this challenge should not hesitate and go for it!! This gym is motivating, supportive and gets results! I had never dared go to a gym but I was made to feel at ease from the start. I lost 18 lb in 6 weeks and dropped two Jean sizes. I feel so much better and continue to visit for support, motivation , more weight lose and gym sessions that are fun. The instructions are amazing and get to know you so they can support you every step of the way. I joined the 6 week challenge at Trimnasium and it’s the best thing I’ve ever done for my fitness. I lost 18lb, 8% body fat and 13.5”. I’ve never been one for gyms, but this is different. It’s fun, no posers, the guys are brilliant at adapting exercises to accommodate my arthritis and bad hip. There’s even Physio on site should you need it, to keep you on track and improving. Going to a gym is so far out of my comfort zone that the first time I walked I was really nervous. Rob was brilliant at calming my nerves and telling me what the 6 week challenge included and I signed up there and then. I won’t lie, it’s been the hardest fitness thing I have done, but absolutely brilliant and addictive too. The entire trim team are so supportive and all the other people that take part make the hard challenge really enjoyable. I can’t recommend them enough. This gym is so friendly! I joined during the summer for a 6 week intense course and whilst some gyms can be a bit intimidating, this one was just fab. Everyone was immediately friendly and put me at ease. The exercises were intense! (it was a short sharp shock kind of a deal) but you could go at your own level and build up. The results I achieved were awesome. 18inches loss over my whole body and 13lbs down. Four weeks later It's still the same despite reducing my exercise output. I put this down to the dietary support your given as well to help re-educate your eating habits. Overall I'd give it 10 out of 10! More...

Just completed the 6 week challenge and achieved a tremendous goal. Best results I have had from any gym or program. The trainers were really helpful both in the sessions and with the nutrition plan. I have a bad back and was worried I wouldn't be able to achieve everything but the trainers adapted exercises for me when required and we're really knowledgeable of alternatives available to ensure no one was left out and we all achieved the best we could be! Great gym and friendly community! I was a little dubious at first it may be just for weight lifters but this place definitely surprises in a good way!! The 6 week challenge was a great introduction and shows how hard work and effort can shape your body but also mind. So much healthier and fitter now and looking forward to continue. Been great doing an activity with my OH and spurring each other on. The staff are fabulous and all know their stuff and provide a super friendly atmosphere in which to train. What an amazing gym this is. I’ve just completed their 6 week challenge and have loved every single moment of it. All of their PT’s keep you positively motivated, give you support, guidance and offer a wealth of knowledge which helps boost confidence and gives you that push you need to achieve results. I just finished the six week challenge and absolutely smashed it. I lost 23lb, a total of 19 inches off my upper body and lost 9% body fat all in just 6 weeks. Simply superb. I was trying to lose weight, but plateau'd and just couldn't seem to get any further. Signed up for the 6-week challenge, and with the help of the excellent PTs (in combination with the nutrition and diet plan) got fantastic results. **6 Week Challenge Complete** I’ve just finished the 6 week challenge with Trimnasium Gym, i successfuly hit my target loosing 8kg and a total of 14 inches(chest,hip,waist). The instructors of the sessions were outstanding throughout, true professionals that were understanding and motivated which made the sessions easier(mentally). I've just completed the 6 week challenge and cannot thank Adey, Gill and the Trimnasium Team enough. They challenged me, they drove me, they supported me when it was tough and I cannot put into words the change in me. Not only has my physical appearance changed, but my mental attitude has improved no end. i think more clearly, I am focused and no task is a challenge now. Physically I've lost over a stone, I feel AMAZING! My food habits have changed for the better and for me this is a life long change. From the outset I was made to feel really welcome - like being part of a family. Right from my induction with Shannon who made sure that my technique above everything else was spot on so I didn't injure myself. The team understand that for you to succeed you need to push yourself, but also look after yourself as well. In no way did I feel like I was the 'noob'! Not long completed the 6wk challenge and it was intense and very hard work but it was the best thing I've done. The PT's, mainly Dale and James were fantastic, they pushed you but also listened to you and adapted the exercise to suit. They instruct and correct you to make sure your technique is right to prevent injury, which was one of my biggest worries from attending other gyms. I’ve never been one to enjoy going to the gym, but the amazing team at Trimnasium are so encouraging and make working out more than just exercise - it becomes a way of thinking. When I started I wanted to lose weight and also tone up, and I very quickly saw results and I am so grateful to the Trimnasium team for both encouraging me and pushing me in the right amounts! I found a great community feel to the place too - I’ve met friends there and it doesn’t feel like any gym I’ve ever been to before. 5 stars I have recently just completed the 6 week challenge and I can honestly say I have tried lots of different diets/programs but none have b en so effective until this one! In 6 weeks I lost over 16 inches across my body and 5 of those just from my waist! This challenge finally gave me confidence to go shopping for my wedding dress and I was in total shock when I brought a dress 2 sizes smaller than I was expecting to purchase! I was so pleased I have now started their 8 week program to keep up the amazing results! All the instructors are so welcoming and really know their stuff and how to motivate and push you to fulfil your potential! It is extremely hard work but totally worth it! It is hard to put in to words how brilliant the last 6 weeks have been and how grateful I am to the Trimnasium team; to Adey and Gill and of course to Dale, James and Shannon. The results are much more than I ever imagined they would be. Not only the weight loss and being over 2 dress sizes smaller but my mind is clearer, I am sleeping better and I have much more energy with my toddler. Since my daughter was born in August 2016 I have put her first and me second. I am type one diabetic and despite following a low carb diet anyway I wasn’t exercising in the right way and I was snacking rather than eating proper meals. In the 6 weeks I haven’t had one snack! I have had 3 meals a day and have done the 3 weekly personal training sessions. I have had so much energy that I have cycled to every session and even taken myself on a few runs! If you are considering doing the 6 week challenge then I really promise you won’t be disappointed. The classes are hard but fun and are really addictive. There is great team spirit and everyone encourages each other. The trainers are driven, inspiring and motivational and really do become your friends. I really can’t recommend this challenge enough! I’d like to say a massive thanks to Adey, Gill and all the Trimnasium staff for their encouragement and motivation over the last 6 weeks. I have joined gyms in the past and never experienced anything like the sense of achievement I have felt, upon successfully hitting and surpassing the targets they set for me. From day 1, I have felt completely at home, the structure of the classes, the sense of camaraderie and encouragement from the coaches and my fellow 6-weekers pushed me on beyond my expectations. Best gym I have been a member of. I train for functional fitness and specifically for rugby and Trimnasium has all the kit I need for training, mobility and recovery. There is a great atmosphere here and all staff are really friendly. I started just training on my own here but thought I would give the classes a go and it was the best thing I did. I still do my own thing mixed with the classes but if you want to push yourself hard and see some results do the classes they are the hardest I have ever done. The instructors are very knowledgeable and train hard themselves so know how hard to push you. I moved to Cheltenham 3 months ago and not knowing the area, found Trimnasium through google. Came along for a free taster session and joined straight away. Great classes and instructors, lovely people and lots of variation to keep things interesting and challenging. This is the best gym I've been to for results. Instructors and staff are great and very professional I can't recommend this gym enough.

Definitely the best group workout sessions! The trainers are highly motivated and encouraging, which really get maximum effort from everyone. The team and members are friendly, fun and spend time getting to know you. The morning bootcamps are a fantastic way to kick off your day, I leave feeling alert and energised. What a great place to work out! I joined the 6 week weight loss program and was very impressed by the set up, the meal plan and the workouts. Every session was different, hard work but enjoyable. Amazing gym i feel so comfortable attending and being a first time gym user..this was important to me...gyms can be daunting especially if its your first time ever! But at Trimnasium your welcomed with encouragement

Awesome gym, probably the best in Cheltenham (I’ve been to a few)! Been going here for about four months now, my legs are stronger, I’m faster and I recover quicker. The classes are Trimnasium’s biggest selling point! The 06:30am Bootcamp is perfect for those early risers who want a workout before the day starts. The Functional Fitness classes are brilliant, every part of the body is worked, sometimes multiple times. The gym staff are very good at getting the most out of you, whilst also being highly supportive.
The free weights area is plain and simple, with three power cages, complete with deadlifting platforms. If you want to do CrossFit, get down to Trimnasium, do your strength and accessory, then jump into one of the 30 minute boot camps - job done, for half the price!
Situated right by the train station, it couldn’t be more convenient for those who commute by train, or even those about to head onto the A40 and join the M5 to get to work. There is no excuse, plenty of parking and good, solid training equipment.

I absolutely love Trimnasium, I have been doing the 8 week transformation course and the results I have seen are amazing, although I don’t have a huge amount of weight to lose I have still lost 4 inches off my hips and waist! My legs and arms are so much more toned and my fitness level is the highest it’s been in years. The classes are fantastic even though they are tough, they are really enjoyable and the trainers and gym owners go out of their way to ensure you are happy and excercise gets in the safest way. I would recommend to anyone looking to either trim down or simply get fit, excellent place. More...

Don’t be intimidated by it being a performance gym, everyone is so friendly and you don’t feel like you’re being judged. There’s a good range of class times and with most being 30 mins it’s easy to fit in with life, and the instructors are brilliant, more intimate classes allow them to focus on you and motivate you, and you get to use a good range of equipment. Avoided the gym for years, after years of working from home and moving very little, I finally made the leap, love the Bootcamp classes, with great trainers, perfect for me. Down to 12.5 stone from 14.7 stone since Jan 2017, so feeling great. Next goal is to start the weights. If like me you are not fit, just start with the classes, then move on.

If you read about the fitness programs on the internet, they all sooner or later boil down to what we do in the classes , call it what you will, T20, Tabatta, etc. I'm glad I made the 30 min effort needed, for these classes.

I first got the groupon voucher for the classes and was hooked after about the 3rd time. Everyone is so friendly and motivating, it makes early morning classes that much easier. It's a really personal atmosphere as everyone is known by their first name and it feels like I've been part of the gym for a long time. I've seen so much progress in my fitness and overall wellbeing. Ive been attending the classes at Trimnasium since January this year and have genuinely loved every class! Every class is different, never boring and always pushes you to your limit! Been going here for just over a year, originally because of the 4 free weight racks that they have, though more recently I have switched to the classes which are a mix of strength, speed, and body weight exercises. Great team spirit in the sessions and they are TOUGH! Great place and easy to park too...

I have also had lots of free advice on form, posture, general well being and mental well being. This is truly valuable.

I've been a member of a few different gyms in the past, but none of them even come close to the range of equipment, level of classes, and friendliness of staff at Trimnasium.
There is everything you will ever need, including; racks, lifting platforms, tyres, ropes, hammers, and even a log lift and a yoke. Not to mention the large amount of dumbbells, bars and plates available. I've never had to wait for equipment to become available as there is plenty of everything.
All the staff are extremely helpful, friendly, and always available to give you motivation or advice.
