I called for a last minute Boutineere and Corsage for Adult Prom & Lisa was very nice on the phone and accomodating. They happened to have a left over corsage that wasn’t needed by someone else and it worked with our colors. Worked out perfectly! Living out of state and having to choose a great florist for a funeral is always nerve wracking. After spending a hour looking at arraignments that would reflect the beautiful woman my Aunt was, I found the perfect one at Trillium's Florist. A elegant floral arraignment with a beautiful angle figurine in the center. An arraignment my Aunt would have loved. I ordered on Saturday and noted specific delivery instructions regarding timing. A couple hours later, I received a call from the florist confirming my order and assuring me the timely arrival! That was awesome! On Tuesday morning, I received a call from them that the angel they had for the arraignment had a noticeable defect and they offered to replace it with a beautiful and comparable replacement. However, my Aunt collected angles and it was important that be the focal point on the arraignment. When I shared this with Lisa at Trillium's, she stated they had some beautiful angels in their Christmas decorations and she thought she had one that my Aunt would love. An hour later, I receive a photo with 3 beautiful angels for me to pick from. I choose the one holding a dove and that I knew my cousin could put in his garden. The arraignment arrived early, received many compliments and was absolutely stunning. Trillium went above and beyond! Their focus on customer service, attention to detail and communication is something businesses miss all to often. These are the qualities that separate great businesses from good businesses. My wife was looking for some African violets for her aunt. It was pretty challenging to find them in Buffalo in November. We live in California so she was calling a few places . She called Trillium's and spoke to Sandy. She was very pleasant to speak with. Sandy offered to call their distributors but had to do it the following morning since they were closed. Even though we did not get the flowers from them (found a florist who was able to order and get to his distibutor the same day) we were very impressed with Sandy's customer service. I came to Trillium's Courtyard on a Friday morning and needed wedding flowers for Saturday afternoon. Our son surprised us by planning a wedding with only 48 hrs notice. The wish list was 2 arbor pieces, bridal bouquet, 13 bouquets to match, flowers for brides hair and flowers for the wedding cake. They went out of their way to help us and everything was beautiful and amazing. The wedding was on Sunday and they told me how to keep the arbor pieces fresh until then and they looked and stayed beautiful. Excellent florist! I called in a birthday bouquet order totally last minute for my mother-in-law and they delivered a beautiful bouquet that day! As a business professional, I often have flower arrangements sent to associates and staff members for a number of occasions. The Trillium staff is always very kind and helpful and somehow they always seem to put just the right arrangement together! They have really come through in a pinch when I needed something delivered out of town right away. And even the extra special requests are handled perfectly. I had ordered an arrangement in the shape of a birthday cake for a special gift that overwhelmed the recipient and really made her day! After reading Tracy's review from August, I decided to give this florist a chance. I am not from Buffalo and needed flowers for a funeral service. The representative on the phone was very patient and helpful as I was making my selection. But the reason for 5 stars is the flowers themselves - I received photos of the standing spray. It was beyond gorgeous with completely fresh flowers in a very respectful arrangement. After having the most horrible experience with Flower Delivery Express( delivered dead roses on the floor of my mothers home) I was livid, emotional, and hysterical. I went Trillium's Courtyard Florist where the women there where beyond understanding empathetic and knew just how to put together the best bouquet for my lovely mother. They were so helpful and caring. The flowers they put together for my mom brought tears to my eyes and hers. She absolutely loved them and it made her day. The Trillium was wonderful to work with for my wedding. I didn't have a large amount of flowers or ideas about what I wanted, but they had great ideas that exceeded all my expectations!
