I went in here the day before Mothers Day. I had been a Brills customer for years but was unaware they closed. What a nice to surprise to find out that many of the staff were former Brill employees.
It's rare in today's world to walk out of store feeling really good about the experience and the people that helped you, but that is just what happened. Knowledgeable, friendly and inviting...I was very comfortable with all their recommendations. They didn't just point me to the plants and walk away, they took the time to tell me enough about each plant that I could decide what was best and feel comfortable.
Such sweet and nice people. Sad that Brills is gone for nostalgia reasons but I can definitely say that Ardmore residents floral needs are in excellent hands

My favorite flower shop ... I have never been disappointed. I like that it is a small, independent, locally owned business . .. they are truly like the old fashioned shops we seem to want but can no longer find. They listen to everything, give great advice, they are very knowledgeable and they design the most exquisite and unique arrangements I have ever seen. They have been my florist long before they moved from Gladwyne to Ardmore .... I'm so glad they are closer now ! My Easter arrangement was admired by everyone ! More...

Planning a memorial from a different state was a little challenging. Booker made it super easy and shared pictures with me so I felt comfortable with my pick. She has awesome customer service and I can tell she is passionate about what she does. I wanted a few flowers last minute. She didn't have them in the store but she called another flower shop to arrange them for me. All I had to do was pick them up and pay. Thank you so much Trillium for everything.
