Nice pool needs a bit of dusting above reciption also outside of building is badly needing gutters cleaned ASP the building walls will get damp from the weeds etc growing there.

Great place, and very clean. kids go for their swimming lessons and they love it. Wish they had femal only swimming sessions. Highly recommend!

Opens at 6.30 am mon to fri...early riser = great cardio equipment very clean and well maintained..welcoming, pleasant knowledgeable staff...

My first time at Tri Fitness and it was fantastic! I was just visiting Galashiels and took advantage of their incredibly flexible pay as you go system. Body Attack 103 Sunday morning - one of the best classes I’ve ever been too. Our instructor was enthusiastic, motivational , encouraging, gave very prompt cues , demonstrated flawlessly the lower impact options and smiled throughout- what a fabulous trainer!! Very impressed. Young lad Michael showed myself and my 18 year old lad around the gym, introducing us to the equiipment and could not have been more helpfull if he tried. As a 55 year old none gym user Michael made me feel very comfortable and at the same time interacted well with my young lad. Thank you Michael looking forward to becoming a regular gym usrer. I love going to Trifitness.... all the staff are superb, friendly, helpful, informative and supportive. Best thing I ever did was join this gym. I feel better stronger fitter and happier. Can't fault tweedbank gym new equipment staff very helpful and pleasant also use leisure centre at hawick impressive investment staff very helpful especially in the pool area only downfall is certain member of staff in the cafe who is certainly not cut out to work with the public very rude and unhelpful but don't let that spoil the experience
