Really like here, the manager is very friendly and helpful. Everything is clean including the individual wc-shower-changing rooms.

What a shame that there is just a one kind of subscription which commitment of 12 months. Otherwise, everything is perfect (staff, machine, shower,...)

Used the gym here for awhile before I moved. Really spacious gym and for a good price. Lots of equipment, and I never really had any issue with over crowdedness, however I used the gym mostly during the day. Basically this Gym mean you no longer have an excuse not to go! More...

Really enjoy using this gym, its not fully loaded with equipment (but you can see they have room to add more equipment). The company aren't worried about over filling the gym with members (which means in peak time, you can comfortably do you workout).

The only negative aspect would be that most the classes are virtual, if you don't mind that, then I would highly recommend this gym.

Couldn't believe how helpful the staff were!! Took their time to explain several machines I hadnt used before and helped me find my levels for all of them. V helpful, would highly recommend.

Firstly we have a detailed consultation to help build a picture of your gym experience & then discuss your brief medical history and current diet and lifestyle. With that done we can set some short term SMART ( Specific Measurable Achievable Realistic & Time specific) goals which will guide how our sessions together will go.

From there we will do a brief functional movement screen so I can better assess how well you move and help identify areas that may require specific attention.
You'll be able to ask any questions you want of my methods or why I prescribe certain exercise or even what the heck they have to do with reaching your goals, If I can't answer to your satisfaction then you can walk away. I'm a firm believer that a trainer or Coach should be able to explain the intent of every workout and if they can't then are (In my opinion) "winging it".

You are paying for a result and like any service or product you should get what you expect.

A lot of people say it's "a grind" and that consistency is key, while I agree with that to an extent I'd say the real secret is having fun. Consistency and effort will take care of themselfs if you're having fun with your training.

Seeing you add that extra weight to a bar or run that little bit faster or jump that little bit higher is exactly the reason why I love Coaching people.

why I started my business is because I want to teach, not just train but teach as many people like me as possible about how to safely exercise with functional movement and at a sufficient intensity level to produce results while having fun, I used to be the overweight (fat) kid for ...well, ever really so I know how it feels to not want to go the swimming pool with friends or family, I know what it's like not having well fitting clothes on.
It sucks.
So now I have the knowledge and first hand experience of these things I feel it's my responsibility to pass this on so that you don't have to do the trial and error method I did. That's why I got into business.

I'll always be honest with you, I'll teach you the hows and whys so that when the time is right for you then you'll have the knowledge to train yourself towards your goals. I'm not a Drill Instructor type so I won't be yelling at you AND I'll even forgive you for that late night Dominoes pizza at 4am when you stagger home one Friday. We're all human so everything in moderation has to include moderation.

Shorter more intensive workouts mean you will burn up to three times the calories than the more old-fashioned 60-90 minute training sessions usually offered AND you'll have more time to spend with your family and friends!

You will also learn how to make more beneficial food choices but you will NEVER BE ON A DIET.
