Tom receives five stars because he is the only professional person who has managed to get me through the doors of a Gym! !! I loathe exercise with a passion but he has made it fun, relevant, educational and worthwhile.He is highly motivated, considerate and a true gentleman too. Tom is so easy to get on with, has a great sense of humour, needed when working with me. He listened to what you want to achieve from your sessions and sets realistic goals. Varies your sessions so you never get bored. Stickler first posture which you want. Goes above and beyond. Never thought I would say I have a great time at the gym!! I put that down to Tom. Training with Tom is really motivating and fulfilling. I went to Tom when I turned forty and asked for help with getting fit and strong and building and maintaining a healthier lifestyle. This is absolutely what has happened. His personality allows me to be open and honest with what I’m trying to achieve and his sessions are always thoughtful and planned. His tailored programmes encourage and allow me to understand and see my progress and achievements. And on a less than perfect training day for me Tom is always understanding and supportive. He strikes the right balance between training and lifestyle and has really helped me to love exercise and to make training not just something I tap into every so often but a lifestyle change that benefits me both mentally and physically on a daily basis. I have been training with Tom for just over 5 years. I have always found it hard to be motivated to exercise but Tom has always tailored the sessions to keep me motivated and enthused about exercising. He helped get me in shape for my wedding where one of my aims was to lose about 2stone which we achieved safely. Tom is an excellent personal trainer he can read and interpret how I’m feeling and adapts sessions to help combat areas such as tiredness or stiffness. I cannot recommend Tom more highly. There is no way that I would still be exercising so regularly if it wasn’t for Tom and his calm, understanding and caring manner. More...

Having known Tom for going on 7 years now, he has been the key person in my health & fitness journey and still is today.

Initially attending his group training classes, we then moved onto personal training sessions when I had more specific training goals in mind.

Tom‘a multidisciplinary approach to training means our sessions are always well considered, challenging and most importantly, enjoyable! His keen eye for form and technique means you’ll be moving effectively & efficiently.

I cannot recommend Tom enough, wherever you are on your fitness journey.

Tom is an amazing trainer. Every session is thought out to the last minute and his attention to detail is really quite something. When I first met with Tom, he listened to me and we came up with a plan that was realistic and more importantly sustainable, and with his continued patience I am seeing some great results.
My weight training form and technique has significantly improved with just some ever so slight tweaks.
I look forward to carrying on my journey with him!

Tom’s technical focus has strengthened my basic technique and helped me form better habits for weight training. He’s built up my confidence around exercises I don’t like and encouraged real progression. Tom listened to my goals and with his help I dropped a dress size in 4 months.
