My go-to place in Manhattan to meet clients. Convenient location near transit and parking garages. The staff is terrific and the accommodations are neat and comfortable and private.

Rented use of a 3-person office, and it was super easy to do! The website was a tad clunky to use (booking page opened in a frame on the site), but it worked and it was a smooth process booking the reservation as was getting into the building and room. Nothing terribly fancy about the room or the suite, but it had all the basics that I could have needed, and it worked well for my client, too. I like that there is also the ability to use the space after hours, as well. More...

This place is perfect for my small business in the sense that I don't have to lease an actual office and I can simply just pay for the office time I use. In addition, the price is reasonable. I've been using this place for several years now, and they've only gotten better. The offices were recently renovated, and they're really nice and make a great professional first impression for clients. I also like that they're multipurpose. You have offices as well as larger rooms that can be used for formal or more casual meetings. And the staff has always been very nice and helpful, ready to address or take care of anything I've needed. I would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a professional and reasonably priced workspace. More...

once you get the hang of it, booking the space is a breeze. the offices are a bit small and don't have windows but this is NY so you can't have it all. Reception is always courteous and professional. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that the offices seem to get very warm during my meetings but there's no way to adjust the temperature. overall great value for the service. it's a no-brainer More...

This office space has been a life-saver for me. I lost some showroom space I had nearby so when I have customers come to this location, it is just 3 blocks from where I used to meet them so there has been no drop off in my sales. The place is clean, they have many choices of office size and the staff is as nice and professional as they can be. I would highly recommend this space but don't tell too many people, I like how low-key and uncrowded it is now! More...
