Diane is so kind and so knowledgeable. She made us feel so comfortable leaving out 6 month old baby for 10 nights!! I was very nervous but her communication was amazing and they worked in some awesome informal training to Leo’s stay. I loved getting so many pics and videos. And seeing the pups live on Instagram!! I am so grateful for the wonderful care that Diane and her team provide for Sully! Diane is truly amazing and has a special way of connecting with dogs and making them feel at ease. Sully struggles with anxiety and reactivity following a few accidents at a local daycare and a dog park. I wish I had known better than to send him to an overcrowded and under supervised place like that! I am so lucky that after those unfortunate accidents I found Tribeca Pet Services, with people who really care and help your furry baby to overcome their fears. I was blown away by the level of care and attention they gave to Sully and all the dogs in their care. Diane and her team at Tribeca Pet Services are amazing. We have tried multiple daycares and boarding facilities for our extremely energetic puppy and Tribeca Pet stands as the front runner in all departments. The staff are extremely thorough with pre-checks before accepting a puppy, responsive, very knowledgable and the truly love all the furry babies they look after. Having a green open space for our pup to run around is such a huge bonus coming from the city. Among the many dog boarding options out there, TPS is by far the best and the only place I trust will care for my pups like they are family. My pups have been going to TPS for many years and it is truly like a second home for them. In addition to the large outdoor space for them to run around and socialize with other dogs, Diane and her team go above and beyond to provide a unique enrichment experience that is really differentiated from any other service; via hands on training, swimming lessons, agility practice, beach visits and more. From pickup/drop off to their stays, I never have any doubt that their needs (and personality quirks!) are being catered to in a safe, caring and fun environment that genuinely prioritizes the individual wellbeing of each and every boarder. Diane and her entire team (Jennie, Ryan, etc.) have been lifesavers for me and my pups! I have a senior dog that is deaf and needs extra care and attention, as well as a very active young Aussie. In addition to providing a safe and loving home away from home for boarding and weekly camp in the country with access to lots of outdoor space (and a big pool in the spring/summer), Diane has worked closely with my puppy to overcome her anxiety issues. The difference is remarkable! I highly recommend TPS for boarding, training, and all their offerings. Diane will love your dogs like they're her own, and she is so dedicated and talented. Diane and the fantastic Tribeca Pet Services team (Jennie & Ryan in particular) have taken care of our dogs for 10 years, and at this point it is like having them be with family. We recently rescued a second Shiba Inu from a terrible situation as a breeding dog at a puppy mill, and she naturally has some trust issues…. We were concerned as to how she would adjust to a more “social” setting as she is currently only comfortable in our home, but she just spent a week with Diane at the farm and looked like she had the best time of her life. I'd be lost without Diane and her amazing crew! I have an older, large dog (Derby) that came from a shelter and the idea of boarding my dog in a kennel was less than ideal. TPS does such an amazing job! I am never concerned that she is lonely or sad because she is always treated with so much love and has a ton of fun activities to keep her busy. And she always comes home feeling calm, confident and happy (and clean!). The staff are all talented and loving, and have backgrounds in positive reinforcement training and animal behavior. So they're very diligent at monitoring interactions between the dogs and responding to their needs and which activities best suit the individual. I could go on and on but I'll just end with a thank you to Diane and everyone at TPS for your amazing and loving care for Derby and for me, a nervous new dog mama. :) It truly feels like Derby has a home away from home. I cannot say enough great things about Diane, Jenny, and the whole team. My pup Benson stayed for camp and had a wonderful time. The full team was incredibly communicative with me and was sure to keep me updated from his car ride there, his full stay, and through his drop off. My pup coincidentally got sick after his stay (not due to his camp experience), but Diane stayed in contact with me and continued to check in on him and his well being. Unfortunately, due to my own health issues I had to make the incredibly difficult decision to rehome Benson. Diane and Jenny went out of their way to help me place Benson with the best possible family. We are all still in touch and I’m so grateful for Tribeca Pet Services for all of their help. Just the facts: our 15mo old german shepherd dog was boarded 12 days. We received no updates during the duration of the stay; all our emails, calls and texts were ignored. He returned with a patch of fur missing from his nose, a cut on a paw, severely emaciated, and rashes all over his belly, groin and genital area which required a $450 vet visit and having to put him on antibiotics regime for 21 days. No one called me when I email them about his condition and requested a phone discussion and explanation. We will not be using their services again ever and strong caution is advised if you are considering boarding your beloved pet there. More...

We have a special needs dog who requires medication, and I cannot express how hard it is to find someone who can manage this. Thank goodness we found TriBeCa Pet Services. Not only do they know how to care for our pet with special needs, but they provide excellent love and attention. I should also mention the facility is beautiful, and despite our dog needing extra attention and care, she also needs to run around in some fresh air. My dog comes back so happy, well-adjusted and healthy-looking after spending all that time exercising and socializing with other dogs. My puppy, Ruthie, has had a great experience country boarding with Tribeca Pet Services. She loves all the exercise and play time she gets there. When she first boarded there, she was pretty young and hadn’t had much chance to socialize. Diane made sure to ease her in with gentle play dates to build up her confidence. Ruthie also learned to swim there and is now like a fish! Also, they do a great job with training and posting videos on Instagram of their training sessions. Ruthie loves going there! More...

Diane & her team are the best! They have been taking care of my dog Charlie whose a Labrador Retriever with a ton of energy since he was a puppy. I underestimated how hard it would be having a lab in the city so it’s been wonderful being able to send Charlie out to the farm in addition to the training she does with Charlie. With everyone coming back to the city and all the action going on now he gets a little anxiety so having Tribeca Pet Services as an outlet has been very helpful. I never have to worry when I send him out there and he’s in heaven when I do. Not to mention he comes home all clean after they give him a bath! We have been sending our pup here when we're out of town. Diane and her team are absolutely fantastic and treat the dogs like they're part of their family. The best part is that our little guy always comes home worn out from non-stop playing at the farm and sleeps for days! Can't say enough great things about these fine folks! My dog Calley has been going to Tribeca Pet Services in New Jersey for about two years. We affectionately call it the farm since they have acres of open space for the dogs, to be dogs. I am writing this review because Calley came down with an acute pancreatitis. I have plans starting tomorrow that couldn't be cancelled so I would be out a few thousand dollars to stay home with Calley. With our Vets help Calley made improvement but I was still not comfortable leaving her alone while I was out. Here is where Diane really stepped up above and beyond all expectations. She had me send Calley to her where she would give Calley the care she needed as she recovers. As a vet tech her knowledge is amazing and she even took the time to call my vet to discuss meds and diet for Calley. I am so grateful to Diane and her teams willingness to help out, and I know Calley is in great hands.....Thanks Diane! More...

HAPPY DOG, HAPPY OWNER! Our chocolate lab Bailey loves her stays at TPS. Pick-up and drop off are always the same wagging tails and big smiles. Diane and Ryan are the best. They always keep you updated on your dogs well-being, the instagram feed is so fun to watch, and see how your dog is playing with other dogs. Diane, her family and her team are fantastic. I have a little Pomeranian and wherever I travel I leave her with them. They take her in like one of her own. Once she was recovering from a hip surgery and they helped with the therapy, they even had her swimming to strengthen her leg. I cannot say enough good things about them. Dianne and her team were amazing from the first phone call. We had had a bad experience with our 1.5 year old yorkie-poo so leaving him at a new place came with some hesitation. Dianne listened to all my concerns, including the normal feelings of leaving a dog for days or weeks. She not only understood me 100%, but without even meeting our dog, was already giving me great training advice. Chewy was picked up by Ryan, who immediately sensed my nerves and was so good with Chewy. Chewy now, after 2 stays, is already a more social dog and has clearly gotten a lot of love from everyone at TriBeCa pet services. Without hesitation we will leave Chewy with Dianne and family again, for a weekend or summer weeks. They treat Chewy as their own, and that is all we wanted!! More...
