My building lost power late on Friday which meant the fire panel wasn't communicating. After getting no where with my preferred fire watch vendor, I went on Google and found Tribe. They were super responsive and were able to accommodate a last minute fire watch for the weekend. They do selfie check ins for every shift and everyone was very nice to work with. I began working for Tribe Security January 2014. At that time Tribe had a few dedicated work locales.Because of my military background, it was a natural fit. However, it wasn't without its resistance from one or two of the proprietors I worked for. To put it bluntly, some wanted the tall, 300 lbs 'intimidating' type. Still, I worked at one or two of those places when personnel options were tight. Suffice to say, it worked out.I truly appreciate working WITH Chief, because that's what you do when you're apart of the Tribe team. He's fair, generous and most importantly, realistic. Because a few of the job sites are/were night clubs that operate Friday and Saturday nights, Chief understands that not everyone will want to work these hours.Regardless, there is nothing but support to improve yourself as a Security Professional, your skill set and become certified while with Tribe.I've acquired other employment and still work with Tribe from time-to-time. Why should our clients choose you?
I may not be the best, but I try damn hard to be. I make sure my clients are satisfied and and never offer sub-par work. At the end of the day its all about surviving. If Im not making money I cant survive.
