After the first cleaning with all previous carpet cleaners, the carpets would look great for a few days and then all the stains would slowly begin reappearing again. Not after using Tri-Valley Carpet Care. Nick is a miracle worker and a pleasure to be around. His pricing is also a bonus, it's very fair! Nick of Tri-Valley Carpet Care is a true artisan and expert. Not only did he thoroughly clean the beige Berber carpets throughout our house to a degree that I had not seen before, he also put my mind at ease by confirming that there were no "puppy accidents", detected on any area of the carpet. The results that Nick achieved were truly amazing and have erased the last year of soil and grime tracked in by a super active puppy (despite our best efforts at paw cleaning). Then there was the sofa...which I thought had surely been lost to a variety of stains. Again, with amazing results, Nick was able to bring life back to this light colored, microfiber sectional, truly impressive! While the carpet and sofa were visibly clean, Nick also took the time to explain the process that was removing all of the bacteria, allergens and other unseen elements from the house, information that I truly appreciated. All of this within the time frame and budget that was originally communicated! Nick was not a minute late, he arrived at 9:30 on the dot which was our scheduled time. He was extremely professional and friendly and did a fantastic job with our carpets. He showed me before and after photos which proved how well he did. This process couldn't have been easier on us, especially since we just moved into our new house and we have 15 other things on our list to take care of, it was nice to easily check this off the list. I had a great experience with Tri-Valley Carpet Care. First, I got an immediate response from Nick (owner) when I put out a request for bids for a full carpet and furniture cleaning for my small business. His proposal was very fair, and he was able to do a night cleaning so to not disrupt our normal business operations. He arrived on time, worked until midnight, and did an amazing job. Nick did an amazing job with our carpets! We had some serious stains (coffee spills, kid messes, and pet stains) and Nick was able to get them out with no problem. I appreciated his thorough attention to detail and discovering even hidden stains I was unaware of. He was fast and our carpets looked, felt, and smelled like new in no time! I am so glad we went with Nick to clean our carpets. He answered all of our questions, gave a reasonable quote, and fit us in on short notice. He is super nice, on time, and our carpets look amazing. He got out old water and pet stains from the previous home owner and more recent stains from throw up. He used corner protectors when he brought his cleaning equipment hose into the house, which were great. Our carpets dried in 2-3 days. I wouldn't hesitate to work with Nick again. His company donates to the shelter too, another bonus!I researched online and the consensus was hot water extraction, the method Nick uses, is really the best way to go for sanitizing carpets and removing stains. After Nick cleaned our second floor, our cat threw up his dinner and a pink stain was left right in the middle of the walkway even though we tried to clean the area immediately. Nick did a fantastic job on removing that spot stain and it dried super quick. I am definitely calling Nick again when I need to sanitize/clean my couch and area rugs. More...

Nick is incredibly professional, he is quick to respond and my carpets have never felt or smelt so clean. He did such a great job on our carpet that I asked him to come back and clean out sofa which is almost 20 years old. It has never felt so clean. I have had my carpet clean by a number of different companies before moving to Cali and none of them came close to getting my carpet as clean as Nick. would I would highly recommend Nick and all his services and products. He cleaned our master bedroom today and my 2 (almost 3) year old toddler came in and inhaled deeply and said MmmmMmmmmMmmm mommy it smells good.
