This place is horrible, the technician that came looked confused when surveying my garage door setup for an estimate then after I had given specific instructions on what I did to ensure the door was secured went against my instructions and broke my garage door opener further and when I asked him to replace the peice HE had broken he then told me he didn’t have it, He then quoted me over $500 for a repair just to replace a motor in my opener with a used one from Another opener.
I can’t say any more unprofessional. He didn’t have the tools or the know how to repair or replace anything happening at my house He didn’t even have his own step ladder .... what garage door tech doesn’t even have his own ladder !? Then he quoted me $50 for a service call when not only on the website it says free estimated but then says $29 service calls and so did the guy over the phone very disappointed
Update to previous post the owner of the company reached out to me after such a jarring experience and set up a completely on the house visit with a more experienced technician, when they arrived he went right to work and to my surprise replaced my entire garage door motor free of charge.
