Our programmes are designed to achieve your goals, but we also understand that you have a life outside of triathlon. The Tri One team is dedicated to providing expert advice and guidance so you can achieve your training or racing goals. We will support you every step of the way, be it that you just want to get fit, participate in a local race, or aim for a podium spot at an international event. We also know that life and work can sometimes “get in the way” of your training. We understand what it takes to keep the right balance and get the results that you want. Establishing your goals We require all athletes to commit to a minimum of three months to our coaching packages (preferably a whole season). This is the minimum period that you can expect to achieve any material progress. In order to achieve your goals, we will establish milestones to build upon. A common mistake is to ramp up training to quickly, causing injuries, which we don’t want. We make it work for you We will build your specific, customised training programme and help you be realistic about your availability to train. Tri One Triathlon Holiday Camps are a great way to learn about the sport of triathlon and improve swimming, cycling and running skills in a safe and fun environment. A fun filled programme packed with every aspect of triathlon designed to encourage participation, to build on existing talent and discover future stars. Daily programmes incorporating swim, cycle and run sessions, together with fun exercises and games to prepare for races. Kids will familiarise themselves with the race rules, how to set up transition and tips on kit, equipment, what to eat and drink. Camps range from 3-5 days of triathlon coaching for boys and girls aged 8-16. Cost from £40 per day. Discounts for more days and groups. Groups are based on age, ability and experience. Tri One goody bags, certificate, medal and feedback form for every attendee. Our highly qualified, experienced and CRB-checked coaches will provide fun, innovative and age-appropriate coaching. Howard and Rav, our company directors, have coached kids for 10 years. Rav started racing triathlons himself at the age of 14.
