Adam is a great resource. I had an older computer that needed repair, and he explained how it just wouldn't make sense financially to fix it. He gave me some great suggestions and offered to advise me on any future purchases...He said just to give him a call and he would give his opinion about any brand of computer I may be considering and how reliable it is from a cost-benefit standpoint. I had tri-county remove a virus and set up anti virus software on my computer...they did a fantastic job. I have now been to 3 times and the staff is ALWAYS very professional. Needed to get some data from a laptop that was fried. They were able to get everything I needed from both a solid state drive and a mechanical hard drive. More than half a Terabyte of files were placed on an external drive I gave them and they offered same day turn around at no additional cost. Adam is an honest, friendly guy. He came in early on a Saturday to accommodate my schedule. He got it working long enough for me to pull my important data off to save it, but he didn't recommend fixing the laptop as the price value wasn't there. I spilled coffee on my laptop..After contacting Best Buy, to find out what my options were to fix my keyboard and not receiving any answers on how to fix it, I contacted Tri County Tech Services.
I am so glad I did. Adams is very professional and in minutes I found out that he is very honest and looks to build a relationship rather than make a quick sale.
Adam gave me my options and saved me a lot of money.
He did not make a sale, but he gained a customer.

Great guy - This weekend my computer had some issues I couldn't see my desktop anymore.Adam came to my house on a Saturday and looked the situation over and advised me that it was less money to buy a new computer then me fixing my old desktop computer . Tri-County Technical Services saved my life. When I was using my laptop at Starbucks, some one accidentally spilled the contents of a Cafe Latte all over my computer, I thought my life was over. All my photos, thesis papers, documents, and other important aspects of my life were on the hard drive and I had stupidly never backed up my stuff.

Adam and his team at Tri-County Technical Services dried out my computer and fixed it to its former glory at the lowest possible price. Adam calmed me down, and assured me everything would be saved. He was right.

I thought I would i would lose all of my photos with my Great-Grandmother. Tears came to my eyes when I was able to see all of my memories returned to me.

I can not thank him enough for all the great work he did for me. I can't recommend him enough.

I have used Adam for my computer needs for the last 5 years. He manages my business account and my home computer network. As someone who is computer savvy, I have never met anyone as knowledgeable as Adam . Adam is always available for my technical needs and has never led me astray. As an example, I wanted to spend close to a thousand dollars to create a super fast wireless network. Just by repositioning my existing router, he accomplished everything I wanted to do without spending a penny more.

This company provides the best customer service of any company I have ever known. They are extremely knowledgable, friendly, and always attentive to my IT needs. I can not recommend them highly enough.

It is hard to find a company that puts your needs ahead of their own. Another perfect example is when my son's laptop was hijacked by a computer virus. His schoolwork was on it and my son needed it for submission the next day. Adam came to my house and fixed the problem. My son was able to print out his homework and got an A.
