Quality work, great communication, friendly staff. I hired them to replace the wood around my front porch, wrap the wood around my garage door with aluminum, and replace a service door in my garage. There were some weather delays, but Neil kept me informed of the schedule - sometimes on a daily basis. I am very satisfied with the finished product. Tri-County Contracting did an excellent and professional job installing two roofs on our home—shingled and rubber. We had peace of mind having a 10 year guaranteed yearly inspection. After ten years, this last inspection showed the roof was in extremely good condition with only a single nail hole needing some caulk. While inspecting the roof even the leaves in the gutters were removed as a courtesy. Tri-County workers are extremely friendly and answer all questions. We built our house in 1996. The original roofing material was cedar shake. Over the intervening years that original roof looked ragged. I spoke to some friends who recommended Tri-County. I got two other quotes from other recommended roofing contractors. Tr-County was not the lowest or the highest. But I felt their sales approach and guaranty was superior. The work they did was very good, clean up was rigorous and their crew was respectful. The finished roof is perfect.
