The program works to make me more conscious of my health and how I can change things -- a little at a time, for consistent progress, encouraging feedback and successful results. I haven't quite reached ALL of my goals, but then I have had a couple of cheat days thrown in during recent travels. The program is practical, positive-reinforcement-driven and has changed how I approach adapting essential changes. I built a better body (but still needs some work), a better attitude, a more successful diet plan that fits my tastes, moods, and schedule. I have had more compliments on how healthy I am looking and a few inquiries about my secret -- which I share but not all at once. It does involve change and not everybody is ready to make that commitment. Thanks, Iggy! More...

I worked with Iggy a while ago, and he put together a plan that works! He always checked in on me to make sure I'm sticking to it, and adjusted the plan if something was off. His app was was easy to use, and had videos of how to property do different techniques. I would highly recommend Iggy if you're looking for a trainer who will care about you and your success! I hired Iggy at Tri 180 Coaching to help me with nutrition and strength training for a few races I was training for. He was always very easy to get a hold of whenever I had any questions or needed any help. He was very friendly and easy to talk to about my goals and challenges He was also very professional. Oh man, Iggy changed my whole mindset about being healthy. I've got 2 kids and recently changed careers to an outside sales job. I dont have time for a gym or the brain space to come up with a meal plan, much less stick to one. My wife and I gave Iggy a shot and just worked his program for 30 days. It started hard but then every single day it got easier and easier. By day 3 I had energy back that I hadn't felt in a long time. My husband and I decided last fall to take the plunge and work with Iggy to get back in shape. I really appreciate how Iggy was able to individualize our exercise and diet plans to accommodate each of our needs (my bad knees and substantial time limitations, hubby's elbow injury and blood sugar instability). Both of us have shed pounds, built muscle and developed healthier daily habits. Love love loved working with Iggy and Tri-Fit. I’ve tried everything and knew how to eat healthy and exercise but his insight and accountability was what I needed to make actual lifestyle changes. His program is completely customizable and he really works hard to make sure the program is tailored specifically for you which is awesome because no two people need the same things. Iggy gave me a personalized workout for football and over the course of me working with him, my bench has increased from 210 to 270 my squat has went from 255 to 575 and my deadlift has went from 255 to 345. My wife and I went through a cleanse with Iggy a couple months ago. He gave us both a better understanding of diet and exercise in a very easy to manage program. You cant get fit in one day but you can work it into your schedule if you really want it. You have got to change some things if you want some things to change. 90% of how you look and feel will come from what you eat. Your metabolism and your hormones are extremely effected by your Nutrition. I don't like the term diet, I don't give my clients a diet, I provide for them a nutrition plan that they can sustain for the rest of their life.

At TRI-180 Coaching, we take a different approach. We don't believe in a standard, one-size-fits-all regimen. We believe healthy living should be achieved holistically. We give each client the time and attention needed to achieve results and all of our programs are tailored to each client based on:
