What’s your signature dish?
The Caponata....only vegetables in a combination of tasty flavors. True Sicilian dish.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I talk with my clients about what they like and I suggest what I think is right for them. Know the customer first of all.
What do you love most about your job?
Create. Start something and at the end be amazed at the result, even if I did it a thousand times already.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I've always cooked, since I was a child at home. My grandmother's passion and then my mother's passion for cooking.
Why should our clients choose you?
Because I offer something different from typical Italian dishes modified and no longer Italian. Because I put my passion in my dishes and I cook for my clients as if I were cooking for my children. I made authentic Italian food.
