I am a qualified psychotherapist, counsellor and performance coach working in Central London and Tunbridge Wells.
I work with adolescents and adults, and practice both long term and short term therapy with individuals and families where that is appropriate.
As well as offering therapy for issues such as anxiety, depression, stress, abuse, personal relationships and self-esteem, as an ex-professional Top 10 Recording Artist and Premier League Youth Development football coach, I specialise in working in the fields of performing arts, sports and with those involved in performing at any level.
I was previously the Behavioural Therapist and Support Mentor at the Brit School for Performing Arts & Technology in London, as well as hosting workshops at schools, football clubs and dance colleges nationwide.
Alongside my private practice in Central London and Kent, I am the school counsellor at a private school in West London.
In addition to my 4 year Postgraduate Diploma in TA (Transactional Analysis) Practice, I have trained in and incorporated CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) in my sessions.
I am a Registered Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), United Kingdom Association for Transactional Analysis (UKATA) and European Association for Transactional Analysis (EATA), and follow their ethical codes and practices. This includes having regular supervision with other experienced professional psychotherapists, and engaging in regular training and other professional development activities.
